Very clean and very friendly staff

The hotel was fine, too expensive for what it is. In the room the wifi was awful during the three days.

The location of the hotel is very good.

Everybody knew the place, so it was easy to explain to taxi drivers and transportation staff.

So noisy and can hear sound near room..worst sound protection

Very helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, nice rooms with good facilities, and extraordinary good room cleaning. There was a problem during check-in, but that was solved too.

We got there at noon but they allowed us early check-in. It worked out perfectly since we were staying only 2 nights

The air conditioning was not working on the floor/room while it was conveniently working in their lobby and they refused to provide an extra fan when we requested. We were forced to keep the windows open as it was very hot in the room. People were smoking in the next room and all the smoke was coming into ours. It was extremely uncomfortable to relax or sleep in this situation. In addition to this the wifi in the room was very poor quality and didn't stay connected. We did not expect this from a hotel chain like Best Western. Extremely disappointed. Waste of money. Will never be staying at this hotel again.

Decently far away from main attractions but overall a great hotel. Would recommend learning public transport or the hotel scheduling transport

Really Like The Globus and have stayed there before. We had a superb room on 5th floor .Unfortunately,the air conditioning had broken and it was uncomfortably hot.However, the hotel provided fans and offered more if required. Service was excellent.Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is pretty nice. Just one complaint: The safe in the room didn't work. I told the night clerk about it and instead of personally making sure it's fixed he just told me to let someone know tomorrow after breakfast. Not sure why they need to bother the customer instead of taking it on themselves to make sure it's taken care of

Definitely for the price we paid I would pay a little better just to get better service. The bathroom floors kept getting flooded from an unknown area in the bathroom overnight. If it was the last resort my family and I would stay again, but don't think we will the next time around.

With new Covid rules our stay at Globus was always going to be different from our previous visits but must say almost everything went well, sanitiser at the entrance, face mask wearing required in public areas went well except on our last day while at breakfast a family of 4 arrived for breakfast and the youngest a boy aged about 8 clearly seemed beyond the control of his parents and failed to sanitise his hands at the entrance of the restaurant and then decided to wander around the breakfast area with a face covering using drink dispensers everybody else had followed the rules and allowed the staff get these to reduce the risk of cross contamination but it later became quite clear of why the child had little care following Covid advice when the father also thought it was fine for himself to wander around without a face mask and like his child helping himself which the staff had done for the rest of us, it’s a shame families like this have little regard to their duty and the hospitality industry has been through enough without all the progress being thrown away by selfish people, pic of the offender attached, other than this the Hotel provided an excellent service in difficult circumstances and hope that business gets back to the level it should be for this good hotel

Kami telah menggunakan hotel ini 3 kali, jadi setiap kami ke Rome kami nginap di Hotel Best Western Gloubus, karena harga tidak mahal dibandingkan dengan hotel lain di Rome. Di depan hotel ada Bus stop dan Tram stop Station Metro juga dekat, sehingga memudahkan untuk kita pergi. staion Termini juga hanya 6 stop dari Hoel ini. Staff nya sangat ramah dan sarapannya juga sangat banyak ragam dan enak. Di Loby ada fasilitas komputar yang dapat kita gunakan 24 jam serta kopi dan snack tersedia di Loby

First, Globus needs to double check how they are promoting their rooms on hotel.com. What I reserved is not what I got. I did reserve a room with a King bed, corner room, etc. This was not what I got so I went back to the check-in desk and told them that I did not get the right room according to what i reserved. They told me that they gave me an upgrade. I showed them what i reserved and i was told that this was their junior suite and that is not what i booked. On the website the Junior Suite comes up as the Deluxe Room 1 king Bed. Which is what i reserved. I did not even get the suite with the King Bed that has a balcony. it was a room with a King bed that was hard as a rock! According to them ... my mistake, i need to ensure I reserved the Junior Suite. I also did not like waking up to a cockroach! The cappuccino were really great! The breakfast was really good if you like eating the same thing daily. I would not stay there again, ever.

I like the balcony view as well as the reusable soap dispensers. I also liked the complimentary breakfast. The receptionists were informative and helped us book travel to the airport as well as hailed taxis for us. I felt the check in times could be moved sooner in the morning rather than 2pm

Front desk lady was rude.Bed was horrible. Worse bedding in a hotel iv ever seen. Mattress was broken had no sleep. Breakfast buffet was amazing staff at the game restaurant was very helpful and nice. Overall i would never suggest thia hotel to anyone.

Excellent place to stay in Rome with a family of 4 if you wish to book one room rather than 2, and you dont mind a short walk to the Metro (subway) through a university district. We took the Metro as well to Termini, although you could walk there if you wish, to connect via the train system. Breakfast was included in our rate and we all enjoyed it immensely to start off our days, complete with fancy coffees each morning and homemade jams!

The TV did not work and it took 2 times of telling reception to send someone to look at it. One night, they did not clean the room.

Fabio on reception was fantastic and assisted us well early morning with Taxi issues, saved the day!

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Proximity to train station and subway.

Made a last-minute booking; 7 minutes walk to Metro and then 4 stops to downtown; Very convenient;

The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff helpful. Local area has plenty cafes and bars which were reasonably priced and was close to the metro. Only slight moan was small paper cups for tea and coffee etc.
