Staff were lovely , room was clean and comfortable

During our stay, water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling, apparently coming from the room above. We called the lobby and staff came very quickly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved at that moment, and we were not offered another room because the hotel was fully booked. Aside from this plumbing issue, we have no other complaints about the hotel. We hope this problem can be properly fixed for future guests.

We did not avail the breakfast, front desk staff's are great, very accommodating and speaks English (which is a plus), the room we are book are excellent -we did not anticipate a patio, that is a plus. Clean rooms, and well maintained property. The only thing is, it is far from the city of Barcelona, subway is not that far anyways, the hotel is in Eixample, very safe place.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Derby Barcelona with my elderly parents.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating . The family room did not have a kettle, however on request I was given a kettle. Much appreciated!
Room and bathroom were neat and tidy. Water pressure was excellent.
The hotel is located in a quiet street. So it was very peaceful at night. Choice of restaurant nearby was very good. A few supermarkets too nearby .
Overall me and my parents had a wonderful stay .
