Their breakfast buffet is top notch, food variety is perfect and the staff are amazing, attentive in providing excellent service.

We had some business to do at the U.S. Consulate in the lower level so decided to go up the night before. Our room was spectacular as we were upgraded to the Ambassador floor and into a suite. My fiancé. had never been in such a luxurious hotel. We enjoyed our stay, and would be returning to this hotel when we need a place to stay in Cebu.

Good location. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. The hotel staff are great and accommodating. Will surely choose this hotel next time for our next vacation.

Overall good hotel but a major negative was no hot water in the shower.

There is no hot water, the wi-fi is weak, the service is deteriorating and the prices are going up. Everyone please be careful. I will not be making any more reservations.

Every thing is going well ! Except the check out took us 15 minutes to complete! They can do better! Like express check out ! When check in use the credit card to hold the responsible for additional expense!

My stay at Waterfront was good.. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful with all my needs.. The location is very convenient to many things available for tourists.. The pricing was competitive.. I was there for 14 days.. 1st time staying there and I would definitely stay there again in the future..

Our room was small and substandard. But the food in Uno restaurant and the service of the staff were excellent!

Check in is the worst at Waterfront Cebu City. Stayed few times and every time, check in takes HOURS. Even when its finally my turn, ive pre-paid and have no special requests or anything and my check ins take minimum of 20 minutes just waiting while they are doing everything as old fashioned as possible - million clicks on keyboard, paper docs for everything. Just standing waiting for 20 to 40 mins for nothing but their standard check in process. Staff is great and friendly. But they are victims themselves of a very selfish and cheap hotel management who do everything as cheap and outdated as possible.

Good location and plenty of choices to dine and relax. Downside was checkin and checkout, too busy, long queue and not enough staff.

The inside looks a little dated, but the room was clean and bigger than average. Hotel was extremely busy and had to wait for elevator. Didn't get to try any food. Would stay again if price was right.

I adjusted to the humidity zero rain fall, One day of raining the last week of my vacation. Observation of disaster and rescue operations for I am a first responder. Over all Great place to spend away from the hustle. Taxi service at the hotel accommodated all attractions.

While I wish the hotel was actually located on the water, I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks there. I was genuinely sad to leave and I look forward to my next visit.

Excellent service from all staff at the hotel starting at check in, had a slight glitch on check in not hotel's fault but they were very accommodating and resolved issue. Restaurant service was excellent, I liked that 24 hour room service was available. Breakfast buffet was a very good deal in my opinion. Could get busy at times if convention was happening but staff was able to keep up. Overall will stay again when in Cebu.

The refrigerator is old and noisy. My phone is broken and I can't order room service. There was a letter telling me to call, but I don't have a phone number because I'm a foreigner. The cleaning of the room was not finished by 3:00 p.m.
