Robin and the front desk staff were fantastic! I was there for a funeral and really went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances.

Front desk clerk was very rude, he did not provided good costumer service. It’s the 2nd -3rd time I stay there and I like staying here but I won’t continue to

It was good experience in Palmdale. Kind Staffs, Clean, easy access to restaurants and shopping mall.

hotel receptionist gave me the biggest issues, i didn’t have them last time i stayed and i go to palmdale with my business partner/ boyfriend because we are brokers in primerica and had our client out there for investments and life insurance two weekends apart. so we stayed for the friday , i checked in alone , and the hotel receptionist gave me issues and once i brought up that i’ve stayed before and he can’t lie to me and to stop making an issue and check me in. he tried to then turn it around and say he can refuse service because of my attitude and I told him that he’s getting attitude because he’s lying about a policy when I was able to stay there before, and then he tried to cover it up because he knew i caught him he was just trying to be a literal karen i’ve never had to deal with this at a hotel for courtyard i’ve stayed at. walked by room at the end and stared down me and my business partner / boyfriend because he was just trying to instigate a problem as he didn’t want me staying there made us very uncomfortable but we needed somewhere to sleep for the night before driving back to LA after hotel checkout saturday.

Everything was good in the beginning until we got what seem to be bed bug bites and rashes that we noticed right after checking out.

Perfect stay!

This is the second time I stay here and the stays are always amazing and I will definitely take this hotel into consideration next time I stay in the area!

I love Marriott properties. They are consistently comfortable. My room was comfortable. However. They need to do some updates at this property, especially the windows and carpets. My room faced the freeway. I wasn’t concerned because I have been in the situation at other properties before and have had rooms face major streets or freeways but have never had an issue. However, at this hotel, the noise was unbearable. I finally dozed off a bit only to be awakened by a construction doing something on the side of the freeway. The truck moved slowly and it was constant beeping for 15 minutes. It sounded like an alarm so that’s probably why I woke up. And then. There was stomping above me. I have been in rooms with kids running around before but I don’t know what this was. It was on the middle of the week and I didn’t see any kids around. But the stomping also sounded louder because it didn’t seem like the carpet absorbed the noise. I did not get any sleep. Positive: Great staff and room was clean and comfortable.

We’d had a few stays in some last minute hotels that were just not up to par. This was a pleasant surprise. It was fabulous to have clean sheets and a great nights sleep. What a great stay for a reasonable price!

Great hotel. Wonderful rooms. Nice beds and pillows. I would definitely stay there again. The only issue is they seemed a little understaffed. No one was at the front desk when we went to check out, I waited and finally just left my key. I didn't see a key drop. Also, when checking in no one was in the bar and it was 6 pm. Again we waited and someone did show up.

It was walkable to the Antelope Valley Country Club. There was ample parking. The room was clean.

I liked that we were able to get breakfast for only $8 and it was Starbuck

The staff was super kind and the room was nice.

It was the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time . So comfortable, clean, and very quiet. I love that they signed me out of my accounts on the t.v so no information can be stolen. I would definitely be staying again .

Our stay at the courtyard was great! room was very clean smelled good when we opened the door, sheets were clean overall very well maintained. From the moment we walked in to check-in staff greeted us with a smile and were very friendly and kind, breakfast was amazing great staff overall!

Hotel was clean, staff friendly. But I think people ignore the smoking signs because all my daughter and I smelled in the elevator and hallways was marijuana smoke.

The only thing I did not like, was that we were put in a 1st floor room (as I had requested), but my room assignment change was not Recorded/reported properly, and we had people try to open our door @ 9:30 PM.

We really liked the Hotel. Very nice and clean.
