Community Court Motel

The renovation completed inside the room was very nicely thought out with the space available. The bathroom was especially modern, clean and had big shower. The two queen beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes. I would have enjoyed an ice machine, snack machine and a coffee maker with better choices of coffee with creamer. The motel is so close to SPAC which was a huge plus. The lack of an office or staff at a desk was odd, but we were helped by a very friendly guy in an adjoining room. Remember to read the notices on the office door if you miss the emails. Parking was plentiful.

Great little motel walking distance to lots of good bars and restaurants and about a 20 min walk to the track. Super friendly staff, thank you Hollie! Beds are SUPER comfy!! Would stay again!

I just want to say that Holly went above and beyond to make sure we got our room even though it was a day late and she’s also been very helpful up until this point

I saw a lot of bad reviews about this place and was hesitant to book. But my husband, two kids and I were coming for a last minute overnight to see a concert at SPAC and needed a place to stay. Yes, it is under construction. But only one building was and the debris was all contained behind a fence. We were hoping, and pleasantly surprised to see, that we were assigned a room that had been recently renovated. The bathroom was brand new and the room was very clean and exactly what we needed. This place is a motel, not a hotel. Do not expect amenities or a staff on premises. We were totally fine without a person on staff. If I owned the place, I wouldn’t staff a front desk either. They sent me a door code and a phone number for emergencies which was perfectly acceptable for the size of the place. The price was beyond fair for a place to sleep. I was very happy with our decision to stay here rather than a large hotels with amenities (that we wouldn’t have had time to use) for a third of the cost. We wouldn’t definitely stay again.
