Overall nice place with good amenities. For my specific trip I was traveling for business though so being placed in room 625 is a really bad idea since the window is on the pool area where they play music all day and night. It was a little overwhelming. If you are there to party, that’s your spot.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Very nice place. However, at both the pool bar & lobby bar the service was slow. It would have also been nice to have the pool bar open later so you could enjoy the beautiful weather out there later after coming back from an evening out.

This is a very beautiful hotel. Staff are all very friendly & helpful. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Great area full of shopping, restaurants, & fun. Highly recommend.

Went to see monster Jam with my 3 year old son, we stayed in the room with a jacuzzi it was a great room. A little pricey but it was a great trip definitely will stay again. We took my son for a night swim on Saturday night the DJ was great.

Lovely hotel for a weekend stay. Close to the Kia Ce ter and Dr. Philip’s Center.
Good vibe in bar and Sunday brunch was a lot of fun . The jazz musicians were excellent during the brunch and the Saturday evening pianist was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

While this hotel is quite nice with a very convenient location, the room itself was just ok. Lighting was lacking, no vanity lighting in bathroom and spotlight over mirror in entry gave no options to properly get ready for our event. My daughter had to use the flashlight on her cellphone to apply her makeup. We'll chose another hotel when visiting Orlando for an event again.

Beautiful hotel. Every staff member we came in contact with was above and beyond helpful and friendly! The only critique I have is that the coffee maker in my room was not clean on the inside. It looked like maybe hard water buildup but it certainly made me not want to use it. Otherwise, great experience.

Stayed 3 days at the hotel and everything was excellent. We met a dominican supervisor we had su beautiful details with us. Best BLT and turkey sandwiches at the restaurant🙂🙃

We were in town for the bowl game. The hotel lobby is very nice and the people were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The rooms are getting dated and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. It looks like an aging and somewhat tired hotel.

Hotel is very nice but too pricey for what it has to offer… front desk staff belongs to a motel 6. I’ve experienced hotel staff all around the world, from NH collection hotel in Europe to IHG Hotels in America (Intercontinental being my favorite) in comparison Grand Bohemian in Orlando is left wanting.

Check in line look 20 mins to get help. Service was rude and short at check in counter. Service didn't match the impeccable hotel. However, valet guys were awesome! Keep them!

The staff at The Grand Bohemian were incredible. So friendly! The room was beautiful and comfortable. We are already planning the next stay. The decor throughout the hotel was just perfect.

They are doing renovations and remodeling. No mention of that until you arrive. They charged full price for the room. ( $350.00 Per night). From 5 minutes after 9 in the morning on Sunday till 430 in the afternoons the room was uninhabitable. The noise from the jack hammers was deafening. Talked to the manager. She said she would comp our brunch which was $78.00 a piece. And comp our valet. Well we went to brunch and they discounted a total of 22.36 off the bill and charged the full price for the valet. So in short the management is horrible and will never stay at a Kessler hotel again

My husband and I were in Downtown Orlando for a concert. We arrived early to our hotel and the reception was very friendly and let us in our room earlier. We would definitely stay here next time!

Oh, btw top floors are under refurbishment incase constant banging bothers you and they won’t tell you this until you ask. Hot water was hard to come by in our room. Hotel is old, needs refurbished. Staff not very proactive. The Marriott just down the road is half the price, more modern, with better amenities. Hotel was empty but we were kindly offered to extend our checkout for a fee.

Autograph properties are generally "hit or miss." This location is fine for a few nights. The area is very noisy at night because loud (race cars?) travel up and down the street at high speeds. I was on the 9th floor and noise was terrible. Also, there is an extensive menu online but options are limited to time of day and location. That was very frustrating. Do you want a Reuben sandwich? Well, that's only room service and only for lunch.

We were expecting so much more from this hotel. We had a very old room (which is fine), but the bathroom fixtures were out of the walls in disrepair. The management team never reached out to me as was promised. It is a very noisy pool area and the pool was quite cloudy and frankly looked a bit scary dirty. This is an expensive hotel so please ask many questions before booking.

This property is such a convenient stay when attending a performance at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center. Very walkable to Lake Eola and the numerous testy and bars in the area. This property has currently and is still being updated. The new bar area is lovely. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Overall very nice stay. We will be back!

Always important to me: the beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. I have trouble falling asleep, but I hit the bed and I was out! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and always with a smile. I will stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

Great location within walking distance to the Philips Center and great restaurants. Hotel it’s elf is beautiful. They communicated via text which is so convenient. Bed was comfy and the shower was so good that I bought one of the shower heads. Absolutely would stay here again
