I really wished there was an early check-in. I had to book 2-nights when I really just needed the one full day. The customer service was so great. The beds could use an upgrade as they aren't that comfy and the mirrors should be checked for streaks. But overall. I enjoyed my time and I would recommend

Showed up to the hotel and they had no record of my reservation. Clearly showed the front desk the documentation that I did. They said that they couldn’t find it in their system. Proceeded to give me a room at a higher rate then bill me for BOTH stays. Front desk made very little effort to sort it out and blamed Hotels.com

Never experienced so much dog waste EVERYWHERE! Grounds look abandoned and smokers at all entrances at all times giving no space to those trying to enter.

Property is older and has a very dirty smell through out the place. It looks like this is a long term place for homeless transitioning or something going on. Weird people and junk cars in the parking lot, not sure what or why they do not disclose this to paying guest if it is going on, or it's just the location lots of homeless.?? Not sure. Staff was nice enough but I don't recommend staying here. If you're okay with this kind of low class then okay otherwise just beware it is not okay for working professionally at all or people that have standards.

There was drug paraphernalia found outside by side doors and there was a lot of homeless people around parking lot of the hotel and Jack in the Box next door.

I have a video of my room I would like to send but so far I don't see a way to do it.
the carpet in my room was filthy with dog hair I picked up most of so I wouldn't track into my bed. It was also very old stained and was full of cigarette burns and staines.
The lever in the bathtub was so lose it would fall into the hot if I wasn't holding it when I was taking a shower.
The fridge ran constantly and was very loud and so was the bathroom fan the made a little banging sound also.
The paperwork they sent me, I believe after I had rented the room for two weeks said they would clean my room only once a week. After a week I went to the desk and asked them to clean my room because it's been over a week and was told they only clean every 14 days. Then she offered me a vacuum and asked me if I wanted to clean it myself.
The elevator, hallway, stairs and parking lot were all filthy also.

The staff was so mean and rude. First room smelled of cat pee. We moved to another room that smelled like mold. There was pubic hair on the toilet. Everything was old. When asking for towels i put that and trash can in the hall as worker was passing. She said you have to bring dirty towels to front for more. And the trash room is there!....had to throw out my own trash.

Due in part to being pet-friendly, this otherwise nice facility is rough, with finishes, especially carpeting worn and dirty in common areas; with other minor damage in guest units. There is a lot of noise in the building, at least until about 10 or 11 pm, when some of the building exhaust fans seem to turn off. The in-unit refrigerators and through-wall HVAC units are nice conveniences, but moderately noisy when running. The kitchenettes are handy, but you will have to check-out dishes from the front desk.

My room was very clean but the hallways were not. A customer's dog had pooped in the hallway and it was left for a few hours before being cleaned.

Room was clean, bed comfortable so adequate for a 1 night stay. TV was on the smaller side but fairly easy to operate. Surroundings were quiet so all in all more than adequate for our needs., especially for the price. Lobby, elevator and general appearance definitely needs a facelift.

The first thing was all the items you have to say you won't do or you will be charged. Then you get to the room and the carpets are extremely dirty. Go to take a shower and hey, there aren't any washclothes. No coffee in the rooms and the coffee downstairs when they finally put it out was HORRIBLE. They coffee at Jack in the Box across the parking lot was only slightly better. Breakfast was either a really small muffin or a granola bar.

It was good. Staff very friendly. Never stayed at a pet friendly hotel so maybe it’s their cleaner but there was a specific odor that wasn’t very pleasant to MY nose but not terribly offensive.

The surrounding area was questionable, I did not see cameras in the parking lot, we could hear everything in neighboring rooms, upstairs and the parking lot. To top it, the room was filthy and there were no covers on the outlet to plug phones in while sleeping.

The stay was fine. The check-in took over an hour because their computers were down and they had no backup plan. Some people had been there for two hours.

Room smelt moldy. Leaves and dirt somehow got on the bed. Property majorly needs a refresh. Wouldn't stay there again, especially for the price.

The staff is exceptional ! Melissa the assistant manager, Marissa the evening desk clerk and Kayla (sp?) the night shift clerk were so friendly and courteous and accommodating.....

Not an extended stay. No dishes in the kitchen and no soap in the shower. Management is cutting costs by not supplying the expected amenities. Trust me, find someplace else to stay.

It was fine. It's a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. It was clean enough but everything was a bit older and outdated. There are a ton of homeless people that hang around outside, but they leave you alone except for stealing cigarettes.

The room was disgusting and dirty. The staff was not very helpful. This hotel seems to cater to the homeless population and the activities that go along with that. I did not feel very safe. Would not recommend this hotel at all

I left my iPad in the room after checking out and they kept it safe for me.

Your rooms are incredibly noisy. Between the exhaust fan that cannot be turned off, the air that kept coming off and on, and the refrigerator motor, I did not sleep well. The outside garbage can was over the top full, and there were homeless wandering around. I felt a bit unsafe.
Your room was clean, and the people at the desk were very nice.
