Great place very nice very clean food was great!

We had to wait over two hours to get checked in and was shocked there was no refrigerator in the room? I thought that was pretty much standard. Everyone was very nice and accommodating so that helped.

Our stay was great! Beautiful property, plenty happening even with the “off season” under way. Lots of good food nearby. Staff was excellent, pool and hot tubs were great. Gym has good cardio equipment but could use more weights and machines for lifting (dumbbells went from 35 to 45, then to 65?and someone had apparently stolen one of the 40lbers) but overall functional enough. Only took a star away because of the bed. It was old, stiff, and uncomfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located at the base of the mountain, and the property/rooms and amenities were very nice. We were a little disappointed that we had to valet our vehicle and then walk all the way down the hill and dig it out ourselves for over an hour in order to get it out of "valet". We also had a hard time getting any dinner and breakfast our last night and morning there I guess due to short staffing and weather

The hotel is the best place to stay in terms of convenience for skiing, it's clean the staff is excellent and the room very comfortable, though it's pretty old and needs updates on heaters that are very loud, tv sets as well as maintenance on faucets and cabinets. The deli where you can get breakfast and buy goods lacks variety and quality, and there are no healthy meals.

Parking is a disaster. Not sure how it can be addressed. Also, my daughter, in her own room, was awakened at 1:30am by a call from the front desk about noise. All in her room were fast asleep. Might I suggest that an employee investigate a noise complaint first, before calling a particular room. She was livid. Honestly, she should get a free night's stay.

Would been nice if was informed about the October fest going on so we could have enjoyed it! Arrived at 3:15 because check in was at 4! WS in area much earlier Everything was ended in next half hour. Lift closed at 3. Needed information in rooms about Restaurant, pool time etc. disappointed on food Farm to Table, burgers better at McDonald’s. Hotel was Beautiful Clean and very comfortable bed! Would recommend to others. Hope to come back

The resort is absolutely beautiful. We came at the peak of foliage season and it could not have been more perfect.

This 3 star hotel doesn’t seem like a 3star hotel. Lights are not sufficient. No power outlet by the bedside. Room seems so old . Good part of this hotel is they have ev charging station.

Great staff and fall foliage views. Our family will always remember our 1st fall foliage trip which started at the Summit.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. But I will say it’s disappointing that all the amenities including the restaurant/bar in the hotel closes at nine. After coming back from an event and you want to wind down and have a glass of wine or some thing at the restaurant you can’t because the restaurant closes pretty early for it being in a hotel. I guess I would expect it to stay open until 11 at least knowing that they host events at this hotel and people are coming from all around. Nine is kind of early for a hotel restaurant. Plus the hotel and pool also closed at nine which we wanted to also hang out and we only had about 15 minutes before everything closed down

Property was well maintained and convenient parking.

The property was fine and one person at the desk. I think his name was Alex was great. Cleaning only every 3 days???? Furniture all scratched and dusty. And a manager eho actually made fun of us to his his staff in front if us for asking that rooms to be cleaned daily. This ones a never again

The stay was just ok, front desk had a very strange young lady working, who was both strange and a little dismissive, had to park in a lot down a hill and walk a long way up hill, not convenient or practical. Second day of stay the pool and hot tubs were closed down due to an “incident “ so we were not able to enjoy those amenities that we paid for, didn’t even get an apology for the dissatisfaction with not being able to enjoy the amenities that we paid for. Would not stay there again!

Unfortunately hated the room. Had very loud people above us with kids. The pool was closed down all day sunday. We have had better stays here previously.

We had a very nice stay at the Summit, we stayed for two nights. The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were able to walk to the beer-festival from the hotel which was convenient. The room was clean and tidy and the amenities were great. My only small complaint was the furniture in the common areas was a little shabby. The table we sat at to play cards was broken and wobbly and one of the arms on a chair we used was broken as well. It was very nice to have a place to play cards so we were not too bothered by the condition. We did not eat in the restaurant for dinner and no sit down breakfast was offered but coffee was available. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Booked this as a last minute trip to relax and disconnect. Everything about my stay from check-in to departure was perfect. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Room was no frills - but clean and a beautiful view of the valley from the balcony. Common areas were clean and well maintained. Off season so many of the amenities at the base were closed but the area was beautiful - next time, totally signing up for the scenic chair lift! Only critique is for the restaurant on-site (Harrimans). Food was a bit pricey and the frozen chicken tenders did not match the ‘farm to table’ signage. Still, I cannot wait to book my next trip back! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, weekend trip with friendly folks and beautiful scenery -

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The food was a bit expensive, but it is a resort. The bed were very comfy and the views were amazing. Would stay here again!
