The halls smelled of urine. My sheets had what looked to be blood stains. The milk at breakfast was borderline spoiled.

The breakfast food was little disappointing, brownies & mini cinnamon rolls were sat out on plate without a cover when no one was around. No small cups to use for waffles, had to guess how much to pour out of a coffee cup.
Employees were very friendly, the rooms were very nice.

My only issue was turning on the TV wasn't user friendly. I had to go to the front desk and get the receptionist to come do the hokie pokie to get it working

The clerk was very Rude an the room was not what I expected the sofa was real dirty with stains on it and the sheets had stains on it I was not happy at all.

This was my second time staying here and the difference was INSANE. I stayed in 2023 and the room was nice and clean and everything went very well. This time I was going into town to visit family and to spend spring break with my kids and we got there and the pool was green and filthy and "Closed for maintenance" so prior to checking in I reached out to Hotels.com the customer service rep I spoke to was very kind and tried to get me a refund since most of the reason I chose this location is because of the pool but the hotel owners refused to give me a refund and I was told by the customer service rep I was working with that it would take 72 hours for my case to be reviewed and then another 72 to issue the refund which is almost a full week! The WHOLE time I was in town for. without a refund I couldn't afford to just make another reservation at a different hotel and I was already in town and we had to stay somewhere so I went and checked in when I gave the lady at the front my name for the reservation she said "Oh, the one who tried to cancel." under hear breath, I said "excuse me?" and she slid me my card, told me my room number and said we would have to be in a smoking room because they "ran out" of non smoking. I said ok and went up stairs and the room looked like it hadn't been cleared yet. There where hand prints on the mirror and cigarette ashes in the window, there was more issues but I'm running out of room. the point is I was highly disappointed this time.

The bed was hard as a board! After 5 nights of sleeping on it, my hips & shoulders were really hurting!! No overhead light & low wattage bulbs in the lamp made for a dark room. The tub/shower control was very stiff & hard to turn on. The caulking around the edges of the tub was very inexpertly applied & moldy looking. The hot water was scalding hot, & I had to be very careful not to burn myself! For such a "thrifty" operation, I couldn't understand why they wouldn't turn the boiler temperature down to a reasonable level & save a few dollars that way!! I'm pretty sure that sooner or later, someone is going to get severely burned & then they'll have a lawsuit on their hands!! It truly is dangerously hot!!! The breakfast buffet was very inadequate; no meat or eggs. Nothing but cereal, muffins & waffles. In other words; just a lot of starchy foods. Not good for a diabetic! I ate there the 1st morning & that was enough!!
The staff was mostly friendly, but some were hard to understand. Overall, not a positive experience. I won't be staying there again!

Horrible facility. The Manager kicked me and my child out, extremely hostile, rude, disgusting half cleaned bathrooms, rust in the showers No Television and to top it off The phones aren’t even hooked up. I got kicked out because I payed online through Expedia and got somewhat of a nice deal for two days. Well the manager insisted for me to pay an extra fee of $15 for early check in and I refused since I had already been checked in the day before. I refused to check out and check back in just to pay an extra fee. Why should I pay extra when I had already checked in at 12:50pm the day before. I truly thought that was highly uncalled for and I’ve never hear of a hotel manager charge extra and insist on trying to get me to check out and checked right back in when I had already stayed. The environment was fealty, dogs barking , rust in the bath tubs, tv that don’t work, dusty all over the furniture, rooms smelled like armpits and just to make you feel even more comfortable? The fact that you can’t used the phone that sits there for display. They didn’t even have a phone line to make or receive calls. Horrible I do not recommend

This was probably a nice hotel in the 90’s. You can tell they are trying. The rooms have been semi refreshed lately. But the carpet was filthy and the tv never worked. The bathroom was only somewhat clean. The staff was very nice and quick to deal with any issues. The breakfast was minimal and decently presented. You have to have realistic expectations for a $50 a night hotel.

Not great. The mini fridge didn't work and the food I brought expired. The rooms were fine. Although the couch was covered in dog hair and it definitely smelled musty. As a single female traveling for work I didn't feel super comfortable staying here alone. Lots of people coming and going late and night/lots of doors slamming at night.

The pictures on your site looks nothing like the room I received. It smelled like mold and it had old carpet in it . The cart for the bags had mold on it . The only reason I stayed was because there were no refunds. I will never stay there again.

The entire hotel smelled like mildew. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The floor needed to be swept. The shower flow was weak. When I went to checkout I had to schlep all the way back to the room at the end of a long hallway while hauling all of my stuff so my room could be inspected for cleanliness. I felt like a 5 year old having my room inspected after being told to clean it. The only good things I can say is the TV and A/C worked.

I don’t even know where to start. Rooms smell nasty, huge stain under the couch. Dirty water from sink, toilet and tub. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Room reeked of smoke and the minute you walk the lobby and halls it smells like marijuana/weed. It seems like a lot of homeless people LIVE there. And our first night we got back after dark and there was crackheads all around the area. That’s probably why the lock the front doors after dark. The pool had mold. Breakfast options were slim, a homeless man walked in and got coffee. Do not stay here you won’t sleep comfortably at night praying your truck doesn’t get broken into. Plus side, they have cameras everywhere

There were drug addicts everywhere. RAC did not work. Had to be moved to another room. I have two service dogs. I rented this off hotels.com and the pictures were way deceiving then the property. Terrible beds. Terrible showers place needs to be condemned

The price was good. However, the vent for the shower was full of dust. The AC does nothing to remove the humidity from the air. There was mold on the AC unit. The staff was okay. The wifi was decent.

I will never book here again. The room had a damp humid smell to it. It never went away, they claimed the room was fine but if I was you I would just pay more for a more updated hotel room.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast variety was good but my favorite was the fresh waffles that you make yourself. The pool looked green but i wasn't going to swim anyway.
The entry driveway is confusing because it looks like the entrance for the gas station next door. It is the only driveway for rhe property. To exit there is dangerous because it merges with the end of the U-turn under the freeway, the end of the left turn yield, and the gas station exit. There is room for a driveway on the other side of the parking area so entering and leaving the property is easier and safer.
Overall the stay was pleasant.

They waited until the middle of the night when our kids were asleep to call the room and tell us they hadn’t charged us the pet deposit and that we needed to go pay the deposit then if we didn’t want a $200 additional charge. Also, the water comes out of the faucets brown. I took a picture of what the bath we ran for the baby looked like, but the picture didn’t save on my phone. It was like a pond.

It was hard to get to the property from the freeway and the charged a $50 deposit for the room and have not refunded it yet. The room had a old smell to it, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
