Used this hotel before in Hammersmith. Great location, easy access and decent sized rooms. The facilities were of a good standard and a decent choice for breakfast too.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall , I would recommend the hotel.
I do think they need to look at the pricing. Whilst I fully understand that London prices on a Friday will be higher than average, what I do not understand is that after booking well in advance, the exact room , on Expedia whom I booked with, was £42 cheaper if you booked on day of travel?
Surely if you book well in advance the pricing should reflect that?

The room is clean. The breakfast and coffee is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. The subway stations are close. We will stay here again if we will be in London in the future

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express London Hammersmith was good overall. While it wasn’t our favorite hotel of the trip, it was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. The location was very convenient, with an easy walk to the Underground, making it simple to get around London. There were also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If you’re looking for a practical, well-located place to stay while exploring the city, this is a solid choice.
