Had a little pest problem but overall it was good.

I came in due to living far and didn’t wanna drive far I was extremely tired. Booked the room, couldn’t get comfortable, millions of roaches , lights flicker on and off on its own, couldn’t charge my phone cause the sockets too loose, just horrible experience had to stay balled up so a roach wouldn’t get on me and my belongings . Exterminator need to come asap and I want my money back!!!

The tub was dirty with mold, and so was the shower curtain and all the floors had hair on it, as well as pieces of hair in the bed. The white bedsheets had splatters of, what looks like, dried up blood.

The service was okay but the room was rather filthy. The couch needs cleaning and the floor needed a serious vacuum.

Horrible stay rooms was dirty I decided not to even stay in the room I asked for a refund 30 mins after being in the room

This has to be the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in the whole placed smelt like weed and the couch was absolutely disgusting needless to say I won’t be back!

Other than staff the place was extremely disappointing expedia shouldn't associate yourselves with this kind of company it's concerning

This was a nice stay as we planned a weekend break from family. I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the great service and people that worked there.

I'm always happy with the staff here. They're always smiling and just down to earth with you. It makes your stay so much more comfortable.

The hotel room had roaches in the bathroom and on the table by the microwave I will never in my life come back to this hotel when I come back to visit Atlanta and I will not recommend that

I politely asked for a refund cause I felt unsafe the manager and his front desk host was rude to me. I didn’t give him no type of attitude. Don’t waste your time at this dirty dog sound ac hotel. Then the room not how it is on the picture. Waste of money. They got bad customer service!!!

The property had bedbugs and the bed had stains on it. Was unable to switch rooms due to the occupancy

The only reason why I’m giving this place a 2 star possibly 3 is because of Mr. D in the front who works mornings. He’s probably been the best management help. Other than that this place needs some serious management and clean up! The roaches are ridiculous and when I’ve addressed them to Jameel before he’s blown it off claiming pest control was coming but not once did I see them. The housekeepers who stay there are lazy and inconsistent. They barely want to clean and will half ass clean. The new Hispanic workers they do have they’ll get the job done but you have to translate to them. The washing machines upstairs are broke!! Your clothes probably won’t ring out properly and if you address the front as always it won’t be fixed seriously. If I’m out my room and don’t see housekeeping I can expect them to NOT CLEAN NOR SERVICE IT and then tell me it was my fault for not saying nothing .. but if I leave by 8 and return after 330 / 4 how could I have said something. That’s part of what I pay for. The service fee they charge you for services you won’t get is crazy! The WiFi is terrible and doesn’t work I’ve had to use my hotspot. The TV’s barely work and will go out of service.. I would only recommend this place as a last resort. Yeah the room prices look reasonable but they double the taxes so it’s the same as going elsewhere. No real savings. They need new bedding bad! Some of the beds have mold and other stuff going on in them. Bring own bedding tbh

The smell of urine was pugnacious. The roaches were staples of this property.

Front desk is amazing and will accommodate you for sure!

I paid for this room it was a icebox the heat didn’t work and when turned off cold air continue to blow the bed was broken and the sheets were filthy

Well first don’t believe the pictures they show it’s a lie! And the rooms are NOT the cleanest… both the chair and mini fridge they had in there covered in rust! And the walls are super thin… you can hear everything! And there was a hint of pee smell in the room

Customer service bad , property dirty , everything else bad

I was more concerned about taking roaches back home with me I mean every time I turned around I seen a roach crawling I checked out early because of that

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE INFESTED. They should be shut down immediately

The towels were washed but stained, very worn and few. The floors were dingy and needed to be swept and mopped, the room smell was smoky and stagnant. I slept well on the bed though and after I called the office and complained about my noisy neighbor, it was quiet.

3 roaches fell on me when i opened the door to my room the bathroom toilet had pee on the seat and sheats had yellow staines

Stay express inn and suites was a respectable place to stay at.. the customer service is exceptional and room service was definitely ideal. Only issue was rare of sighting of certain insects and the sink and toliet was a issue as well.. otherwise everything else was decent. Thanks for the stay.

They need to clean everything. The place stinks.
