We had a dreadful sleep experience. The HVAC unit in our room was incredibly loud, and the fan blew nonstop, even when we flipped the switch to turn it off! The noise in the bedroom was unbearable, so I ended up getting a few hours of sleep on the sofa. Breakfast was mediocre, especially the crustless quiche. We just stayed one night, and we will not return.

We were using the fold out couch for our child on this trip. When I removed the couch cushions I found that nobody has cleaned out the couch for a long time. Pulling out the bed resulted in crumbs, candy and pillow stuffing flying all over the room. The bedding in the drawer did not contain a fitted sheet so I had to request one from the desk. The biggest problem was the bed. It was incredibly hard. My pregnant wife spent almost the entire night sitting up on the edge of the bed because it was too painful for her to lay down. I was only able to sleep for 30 minutes at a time without waking from back pain, swapping sides and repeating all night. We were both exhausted by the next morning. There was also a terrible skunk-like smell coming from under head of the bed.

Great stay! Clean room, I could live here!

From the moment we checked in, the staff was attentive and friendly. Our suite was clean, updated and huge! We had tons of room for our family of 4. The breakfast was great! There was a really big selection The location was perfect for the sightseeing we did.

We chose this hotel based on previous reviews and we're very disappointed. The hotel is showing considerable age. Our room was not clean & even the main area where they serve breakfast needed much attention. We would definitely not recommend.

Jocelyn was working the desk when we arrived, and she was the sweetest! Our daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the lobby, and Jocelyn made the cutest pick up tag for her. These little things can really make a difference in the experience.

The staff when we checked in was abrupt and rude. We were charged extra for parking but never asked if we even had a vehicle to park there(so this is just an extra charge it would be almost impossible to walk here).It isn't valet and there more than enough space unlike down town Chicago, L.A., or N.Y.C.The following day we asked for extra towels and blankets and had to give an in depth explanation as to why our family of 6 couldn’t use 3 towels and 2 blankets for all of us.The lady at the front desk was also very rude. The only poliet person we encountered during our stay was the lovely person during breakfast. They also had a huge leak in the lobby during our stay. As someone with celiacs they had yogurt, 2 kinds of individually wrapped cereral and fresh fruit that you can eat, possible eggs if you're willing to risk contamination. She couldnt tell me if the oats were gf or not so I stayed away from them.

The room was clean and the service was terrific. Our only issues were mechanical, but there were multiple. Halfway through our week long stay the TV stopped working. It wouldn't get the apps (Netflix, Prime, etc). They spent about 2 hours working on it that evening and when they left the apps worked, but nothing else. The TV was not able to be fixed the next day either. They offered to change rooms, but we declined. We used a clothes washing machine and the spin cycle did not work, so the clothes were sopping wet. But they put them in the neighboring machine for free. And our toilet had a drip at the tank that left a small amount of water on the floor of the bathroom. We dried it up, but it eventually came back. Because of the quick and courteous service trying to rectify issues, we would probably stay again. They also removed our daily parking fee when requested, due to the TV issue (be sure to look at the fine print, there is a daily parking fee added to your bill as an incidental, not included in your Hotel.com payment. We were surprised when we saw it on the bill and requested it be removed due to the TV which they agreed to immediately.)

There was an absolutely outstanding young woman at the front desk helping my friend and I, which made staying at that hotel very welcoming!!!

I was billed an additional $3 for parking!? That’s not normal for a hotel of this caliber just annoying and unnecessary.

We drove down from northern Minnesota to stay while searching for a home and close to stay here because I’ve stayed at this Residence Inn 3 years ago and loved it. While it’s been updated since then, they must be having a staffing shortage, because they didn’t bother cleaning our room the entire 3 night stay. We had to keep calling for towels and trash bags. That’s enough to make me not want to stay here again.

The breakfast as quality as usual and the room upgrades from last year were nice. However, I thought the linens and bed pillows were less than quality. And I was very surprised when I was told there would be a $3 charge for parking.

The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was really good. The people running the breakfast made sure it stayed clean and stocked. Overall an amazing stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Conveniently located, friendly staff, good breakfast, great accommodations! Perfect for what we needed. Very clean! Will definitely stay again!

Staff was friendly but room was not good. Bed was broken down and the shower door kept rolling open. Definitely not worth over 200 a night.

The balcony was my favorite. Sipping coffee and watching the sunrise was beautiful. Only Con was the coffee wasn’t my kinda strong (I’m from texas everything is bigger and bolder LOL) kidding!! I just made that joke with my fiancé and he thought it was hilarious.
