Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Bed wasn’t comfortable like other Marriott I’ve stayed, just so-so. The couch has a burn hole and was stained. We needed a light bulb in the bathroom. Not a big deal they replaced it very quickly when we asked, I just thought they should’ve known before we got in there. The room was stuffy hot when we arrived, again not a big deal A/C cooled it off quickly. Just another customer service gesture in my opinion. The shuttle to Mohegan was an awesome benefit. Would stay again for a night just maybe ask for a renovated room.

The room was perfect to sleep 6 people with the pull out couch, it was nice to keep our group together. The shuttle to and from the casino worked out perfect and the breakfast was excellent! Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay close to casino!

First time at this hotel. The free shuttle to Mohegan was great and our room was clean and spacious. It would be nice if they had a bar in the lobby area since there’s only a simple free breakfast in the morning. It was a good deal though and I would stay again

The hotel staff was very helpful during the stay. The hotel shuttle to Mohegan was convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately our non-smoking room had a residual smoke smell as did the hallway. We did have to ask for bedding and pillows for the sofabed as they were missing from the closet. The hair dryer was also missing. The hotel did locate one for us. The tv worked in the evening but not the next morning (maybe the remote since it would not turn on either tv…).

The girl at the front desk gave us a list of places to eat in the area and she circled some of her favorites. We went to La Stella Pizzaria. It was delicious and the people were so kind.

The hotel is in a great location and provides a free shuttle to Mohegan Sun. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious. However, the beds were too soft and hurt our backs.

Staff could not have been more accommodating. We booked the room for one night. During the night I became ill. We asked for and received a late check out. At some point and time, it became apparent I would need to stay an additional night. Again, no problem. Would stay again.

Great location. Very close to the casinos. Clean room with fridge and microwave. Semi comfortable couch. Excellent breakfast service. Just a couple of small issues. One couch cushion had chips under it from a previous guest. Microwave turntable not working properly and air conditioning unit was leaking water on the rug. I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful 3 night stay. Very spacious, quiet and clean. This hotel is great, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was among the best. Only complaint - the refrigerator in our room ended up freezing some of our soft drinks, one of which exploded upon opening. Hope they get that fixed.

We stayed at the hotel because of a concert, but our stay was so nice that my fiancé wants to go back for no reason at all except to stay at the hotel. The property and rooms were super clean, breakfast provided many options and was delish, and we felt safe even on the first floor. It was also extremely convenient to the Mohegan Sun Arena without the price tag of having to stay at the Mohegan Sun Resort. It was the perfect choice!
