Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable, spacious and wonderful area. Staff very friendly and breakfast chef Carmel did really good omelettes and very friendly. Loved this hotel

The hotel is conveniently located as Palma is reachable by bus and it's a short drive from the airport. It has a lovely pool and access to the sea so that you can choose what you prefer. Breakfast is amazing with all that you can imagine, they also serve food throughout the day at their bar by the pool. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, and mine had a lovely sea view, as I had requested. Staff are always available and very polite.

Great hotel in most ways! Comfort, location, service, breakfast, rooms, pool + sunbed area, but low standard on the dinner and terrible WiFi + the normal signal is not the best in the area so challenging to take any meetings or important calls... Would definitely go back and turn off the connection to the world ;)

The building location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but we were still able to walk to a beach, diners and shops. We were able to catch the bus in either direction just a half block away from the hotel front door. 15-20 bus ride to Palma which was such a nice town. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The room was missing some standard hotel room items like a box of tissue, body wash cloth and iron for clothes.

The hotel unfortunately didnt offer evening meals. I gave us the chance to explore more. The bar wasnt always open. That is the after effect if covid.

The interior and the rooms themselves are beautifully redone and are extremely pleasing to spend time in.

4th time we stayed there, very nice hotel, reception very service-minded and helpful. Maid not so good at refilling soap, shower gel and toilet paper. Cleaning is 4/5. A 4 star hotel also really should have an ice-machine, if not one each floor at least on the reception floor. First time we stayed we went to the bar for ice and they wanted money for ice, never went back and asked again so don’t know if they still do!! Still recommend this hotel but these items should be fixed.

Beautiful place by the water. Breakfast is top quality. The pictures from room sea view was not the same as reality. I have asked for higher floor but put down by excuse that hotel is currently overbooked. Not recommend to pay extra for sea view.The room had a cockroach.

We had paid extra for a superior room with a sea view - this was not the case with room 607 which we were allocated. We upgraded to a junior suite for 4 days - extra cost 284 euros, and then had to transfer to another room 519, for our final night. This room was fine - why could we not have been allocated this room or similar for all five nights. This was very disappointing although the staff were helpful and tried to sort things out. It needs to be made much clearer about the type of room you will be allocated - some are definitely much better than others.

Check in was well. Unfortunately the fridge in the room did not work well, more precisely, very bad. Have been in this hotel 2 times before and then the refrigerators in the rooms worked. So I went to the front desk and told about this. The Service staff came and tried to persuade me that the fridge works normally. After a few conversations, I was told that the refrigerator will be replaced. But it was not replaced anyway the day after and nobody told me that it wasn't replaced after all. My milk was bad after one day. This is too bad!

So things that were great: the cleaning, the view, the shower, the breakfast, the Rocky beach, the view, the staff!
I travelled alone and stayed here for a few days, I chose this hotel bc I didn't want to travel far to beaches as I don't drive. Beside the amazing Rocky beach where u can snorkel, the hotel is close to three other sandbeaches in the neighbourhood. Quiet place with more adults/couples than big families. A few resturants nearby and a couple of Supermarkets. The hotel had very nice lunch options as well, dinner wasn't available bc of covid unfortunately. Bus nr 4 goes regularly from outside the hotel to palma and takes 30min. Can't complain of anything really. The guys in the reception helped me out a lot during my stay.

The hotel is nice, clean (apart from under the bed). The view from the room was amazing over looking the rocky beach cove.The room did however have a bathroom with a glass screen. With no sound proofing! So not ideal if your not on your own.One thing which was definitely annoying was the parking situation...Although out of their control - i was unable to book the parking through the internet as it didnt take British cards?!?! We ended up with a 40€ fine which you have to pay at a bank! Yes quite strange.Apart from that a nice location, nice room, friendly staff.Enjoy.

Perfectly located only 10-15 mins drive away from Palma town, on the water (small beach to the side of the hotel) - really all you need. Staff were super friendly, was easy to get in and out and rooms were comfortable. Id definitely stay here again!

You can use ladders on the rocks to get in and out to swim in the sea in a private bay (shared with other hotels). When it's calm, there are lots of fish to see - worth taking a snorkel and mask.

WHAT A TERRIFIC HOTEL. MODERN, IMMACULATE, LOVELY STAFF, GREAT FOOD. WONDERFUL POSITION OVERLOOKING THE SEA. LOTS OF SUNBEDS. NICE POOL. TWO MINUTES WALK TO BUS STOP. TWENTY MINUTES INTO PALMA. 1.50 EUROS ON THE BUS. 45 MINUTES WALK TO PORTAL NOUS. A FEW GOOD BARS, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS FIVE MINUTES WALK FROM THE HOTEL. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.

Other than the size of the rooms, nice hotel in good location, great views, quiet location (Illetas) and far from main traffic and noise, close to Palma. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, highlight of our trip.
