Quiet hotel with a cute pool. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Glad there were laundry facilities.

I did a me myself mini vacation with the room that had a jetted tub The place was clean the bed was comfortable and the staff was amazing Outstanding

"Free" breakfast. Fast checkout. Clean room. Non-working soda vending machine. Snack machine selection was abysmal. Breakfast items that were were supposed to be available from 5:30-7:30 a.m. were not: waffle-making machine, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, orange juice. Internet went out for more than 12 hours. TV remote response was delayed. Didn't watch the TV- nothing appealing to watch. Lighting in room was very dim.

Bed was uncomfortable hard mattress. Air conditioner you either froze or warm. Few tv channels would not stay at this hotel again.

So close to the beach, and even closer to an awesome small brewery, Mystic Brewing. Very friendly staff.

Staff checking us in on 7-15-23 afternoon were rude.

The air conditioner leaked in the room, we didn't have pool towels and we didn't have enough pillows on the bed for king size with two people. other than that, the stay was nice and comfortable.

One night family trip to the beach and the hotel is very close to nearby beach.

Need bigger pillows on the bed.

Property has been recently renovated and looks great. Staff is very friendly. Room beside us was super noisy and there was hallway noise all evening long. It was a little noisier than the previous few times we have stayed.

Hotel was comfortable, clean, and served our needs perfectly! The hot breakfast that was available every day was a real treat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Silver Creek Inn. The facility is extremely nice and clean. The staff from check-in until check-out were extremely courteous and friendly. We had an issue with the tv in the room and as soon as we called the front desk a member of the staff came right away and fixed the issue. We enjoyed the breakfast that was available. We will definitely stay at a Best Western facility in the future.

Hotels.com did not push the reservation to the hotel correctly so the reservation did not show up at the hotel. Therefore I was not able to check-in.

I would personally advise against staying in this hotel. Started with the keys. The keys would not work on the door and the handle was faulty. Had the keys redone and same thing happened. Clerk at front desk had an attitude due to coming to be let in our room. Asked to change rooms and was told no other rooms available. Stated that if it continued to be problem they would come get us in. Come to find out it was not just our room having this problem as multiple rooms were getting keys made throughout the evening. Just bad customer service and then filthy towels in the rooms

The hotel was well kept and no trash in the common areas. The staff were very nice. We will stay here again.

Room was in desperate need of a deep clean. Bathtub had residual hairs and significant soap scum ring on tub. Top of dresser hadn't been dusted in quite a while. Edges of carpet had chips and food crumbs. Pillows were a serious joke. While there were 4 on each bed, they were approximately the size of couch pillows and very uncomfortable. Mattress was just OK. Parking is a problem with dumpsters taking up the majority of spaces on the side. Large truck was allowed to take up multiple spots and staff did nothing when notified. Elevator is disgusting. Not sure that all the bugs in the lights aren't a fire hazard. Breakfast was good for free standard food and staff attending to it was very friendly. Daughter enjoyed the pool. It did the job - provided a place to lay our heads, but wouldn't book here again. Great location, has potential with a lot better housekeeping and a little better management.

The noise from the highway kept me awake.

Staff extremely helpful in advising where to eat, easy check in. Have a fitness room & pool, great working ice machines. The king room has a sauna tub in it separate from the bathroom/tub/shower.

This is my second trip to the area and this is where I will stay every time. The staff are amazing very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great recommendations for their guest.

Staff rude, rooms dark dreary, too much money for location and offerings

The property was clean and at a very convenient place. Breakfast was excellent and with a good variety. The staff was very respectful, friendly and extremely helpful.

Great location. Rooms were very clean and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was until 9:30am with cooking ending at 9:00am which seemed early for the weekend.

Wonderful stay - the room was very comfortable and the staff was cheerful and helpful.

This is probably the cheapest king bed I’ve ever slept in. I think it’s from one of those stores where they sell King beds for $99. The white comforter had lots of stains on it and overall didn’t look clean. The staff members mostly all have an attitude and they seem pretty lazy. Plus this place is very expensive. I’d only stay here again if it was free. I think people would only like this place if they were very drunk the whole time and too drunk to notice how ripped off they felt.

We stayed one night, the king sized room handicap accessible was very large, maneuverable clean
