Just tossed and turned on the bed all night. Woke up exhausted.

The mattress in the king suite was completely worn out. I felt like I slept with a board under my spine.

Overall a very nice hotel. All the staff were friendly & accommodating. Room was modern & clean. Continental breakfast was standard. Great location closest to Harrahs casino.
Only negative was no soundproofing in room. Could hear person next door snoring during the night & we did not have a connecting room. Would suggest a top floor non connecting room.
If & when we revisit Cherokee we would definitely stay here again!

Front desk was great. Rooms (we had two) were both filthy. Wives were afraid to step foot in either shower. Toilets had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Room did not appear to have been vacuumed. Good location, though. That might be what they are charging for.

I booked this property because it said it had an indoor pool. Will it didn’t. I was told corporate had not removed it on line. This was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I could have booked a hotel down the road that had one for less money.
I will not stay there again.

The bathroom had black mold all over and the bathroom floor looked like a dirty mop was run over it. The rest of the hotel was nice though.

You can not get into the hotel until 3.00 pm They said that they had a pool and didn't but when we look around there was a pool water was dirty. Same breakfast just eggs and sausage very disappointed for the money 260 a night

Its location across from the casino was perfect for us. The hotel was overbooked when we got there but the staff worked hard to free up a room for us and also credited us with a night's stay sometime in the future to compensate us for the inconvenience. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were in good condition...the only issue was our TV didn't work, but they told us that as we checked in so it was fine.

Overall ..We enjoyed our stay…we did notice our room needed some updates ..such as one side of the drapes were ripped and hanging down..light bulbs in lamps didn’t work.

No front desk help. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. TV wasn’t working and when I called the front desk they said they changed their system and wasn’t sure how to fix. Offered no credit or apology. Pool was out of service.

The hotel was clean. We made reservations there because online they advertised indoor pool. I tried to call from home to confirm the pool was in working order several times and no one ever answered. Once we were there I tried to call front desk several times and no one ever answered. The beds were comfortable and they were clean. Bath was clean. Breakfast room was clean. Display of food clean. I had several questions at check in which a manger was supposed to address. Did not happen.

The property next door was all grown up and abandoned (needs to be cleaned). There was a patio on the property directly below out window and someone was out there half of the night talking and there was no way to block the sound out.

The last time I visited Cherokee I stayed at the Cherokee Casino hotel and this hotel was 100 times better than that one. The room was perfect and clean. I was truly impressed by the service, the location and the room. Anytime we stay in Cherokee we will be staying at this hotel because we were so pleased and this is my first time leaving happy with a hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay, you have a customer for life.

We only stayed for one night. Bed comfort, breakfast and check-in were ok. A big casino is just across the street. We were wondering how much business was lost to Fairfield when the casino opened.

The AC did not appear to be on in any of the hallways, thte pool was closed and the area around the hotel property was grown up and abandoned. This being said, the biggest issue was checking in. We were told the king room we reserved thru Expedia was not available. The check in person said if we were given a king room the rate would increase. The manager told us it doesn't really matter what you book thru Expedia, they only guarantee you a room. We were finally given a king room (manager said he would have to kick someone else out of the room) but the entire experience left a bad taste. .

Just average hotel. Beds not comfortable at all cheap mattress of a Marriott property. Room was pretty clean just the normal dirt in the corners but nothing major.

The swimming pool was dirty. The water was cloudy and smelled like algae. I complained, but the next day there was no improvement. The hotel did not initially provide towels for all four of us.
