Hotel is very dated, looks like it’s falling apart from the outside (the building is not in the same condition as the photos). Rooms are dated but if you’re going for a quick stay they are fine. You get what you pay for. The worst part for us was the comfort of the bed and pillows, this is not a 3 star hotel standard (I have stayed in B&Bs that have been much more comfortable). Between the noise and the lack of pillows we were unable to sleep. Staff were nice and check in was easy, but I would not stay here again.

The hotel was very dirty. The cups for coffee were stuck to the tray with gone off milk and everything was just grimey. The worst part is that my wife woke up and one side of her body is covered in bites from what we can only assume is from bed bugs. We can’t fault the staff, they were all very nice. It was cheap so I didn’t expect luxury but I didn’t expect that level of grime

A completely fine stay. The place is run down but for £75 a room in a Saturday it was good.

Hotel stay was okay. Internet was not working. Rooms need a big make over. Saw a rat running around the 1st floor. Cleanliness of the room itself wasnt the best, stains on the mattress, windows need a clean from the outside.. Only plus side was the location of where its situ and the free car parking, though need to keep getting a ticket and when asked why at the desk, the rep didnt know. It was said that i ‘may’ not get a ticket and ‘may do’.. hopefully not as my booking did say free parking and their website states this too. Guys at the bar are very friendly and so are the cleaners. Both very helpful, cant complain on their service.

The hotel is dilapidated, the room was dirty and the staff were rude. Be careful with the parking as they tried to charge me £15 for staying in the carpark 3 hours beyond my check out time despite there being no signage that this was a policy.

Disgusting hotel, rubbish and smelly, rude manager. Never stay here unless you want to sleep in filth. The rooms are disgusting and overall worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Wouldn’t even give it a one star but don’t let you give 0.

Perfect location for what my trip was all about. Was quite dusty in my room, so that’s a minus, but overall it was nice and clean. Do not recommend the breakfast. I had the continental one and paid 8.95 pounds for it, and it was not worth it. The internet connection was not good.

The location and free parking was great. The building is in need of extreme refurbishment

Very bad experience, stayed one night with family, heaters wasn't working no help from hotel staff as i have been told that's the highest temperature that could do, room temperature was 5c, both my under 5 years old kids were shivering whole night until we realised it was too late to get the another hotel

The room was semi cleaned as I spooned entered there a some ladies hair on the bed. Check out was at 11.00am, but at 10.55 my door gets knocked several times before I could even answer the door. Unprofessional

Car alarm going off in the car park for over an hour, windows didn't keep the noise out. Air con not functioning. Furniture from the 60s. On the plus side the room was big.

Was very disappointed. Arrived early after long flight. Was told room would not be ready for several hours sat with the kids in the foyer for a couple of hours and a staff member who had just come on duty asked if we were waiting to be picked up or checking in. When I said checking in she said our room was available. The Eastern European least we spoke to when we arrived was standing next to her and just gave a wry smile. Pretty disgusted by her standard of service and thankful for her colleagues attention. Hotel itself is dated and needs a lot of work. Hasn’t kept pace with expectations as new hotels have been built.

Close enough to local transport and shopping also very close to the OVO arena. Rooms were basic and the telvision in the rooms very small with very limited chanels. Some direction on the use of the key cards to use the elevators would avoid confusion for some guest. Cheap and chearful for a couple of days stay.

Dirtiest and most run-down hotel I've ever stayed in. Handy location for Wembley Arena and free parking but that's where the positives end. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation. I can put up with outdated decor but this place is just downright dirty. Stained mattresses, hair in the bath. Broken things fixed with gaffe tape. There was even flecks of white paint on everything in the bathroom (including the toiletries!) where they had painted the ceiling and not bothered to cover anything. I have low standards as I'm satisfied with just a clean space to sleep in and not fussed about frills - but even I was shocked at the state of this place. To top it all off it cost £175 for one night! Needless to say I'll never stay there again.

We stayed here as we had tickets for an event at Wembley Arena which is only a short walk from the hotel. I have stayed here previously around 5 years ago and had a bad experience then but was willing to give it another go. Parking was free and we managed to find a space upon arrival. The staff that greated us were polite and efficient. Thats where the positives end! This hotel is in desperate need of a revamp. The rooms are horrible. Stains all over the walls, mould all over the bathroom, broken floor tiles in the bathroom, heavily stained beds which are extremely uncomfortable, outdated and broken/dirty furniture, broken fittings in the bathroom and very dirty carpets. This hotel has the potential to be amazing given its proximity to Wembley Stadium and Arena, its just such a shame that the owners seem reluctent to invest in it. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

smashing reception staff, good location, needs some TLC

The pics are nothing like it is on the pics. There is a reason its 3 star rated for sure. I actually thought I turned up at the wrong place. The beds so uncomfortable my back is in pieces. The moment I checked out a day early they were not surprised in the slightest!

Ideally situated for the OVO arena, would stay again.

Need money spend on it

Expected to have reasonable complementary drinks but very limited. Socket for heaterr, faulty. No heating in bathroom.

Rooms have not been upgraded for years as decor and furnishings looking tired. However if want to save money compared to Travelodge then good place to stay as also convenient for tube

Nothing to say about overall dirty dungeon with rude and bad staff also very pricy compared other good properties around never stay again or recommend any one to waste their money
