The first room we were given had not been cleaned. The lights were on, there were boots on the counter, the windows were open, and there were no sheets or blankets on the bed. It was an immediate turn off. While we did get another room right away that was okay, it made us uneasy staying there.

The hotel stay wasn’t as nice as the year before. It was more crowded than before. And the daily rate is too high for the current low ambience of the hotel.

Roaches
Staff was cool but both rooms had roaches, moved from one to the other (roaches were there right as we walked in) and the other room had more in the bathroom when we came back that night.

I love the property and enjoy staying here often times.... my only dislike is the $20 overnight parking fee. That is absolutely insane, for a hotel in a empty area.... but no street parking. This is just another way for the hotel to squeeze more money from us.

The property was better than I expected. They had on sight parking and Yes, I had to pay for it, but it's NewYork so it's expected. The property provided things like cups plates, bowls pots, so I was able to cook during my stay (no charge) making it a lot more convenient for me.
The only semi-negative comment I have was that sometimes it was hard to reach someone at the front desk but it wasn't too bad overall 8.5 out of 10 for this property.

The front desk staff was unresponsive and rude. Also, you should NOT be charging $20 per night for parking when you are already charging $355 per night! Thats not cool!

The desk staff member on duty on Sun4/23/23 when we checked in was extremely HELPFUL - a piece furniture was missing (I.e. sofa chair) and quickly got one for us. We were grateful.

The staff here was very friendly. But as soon as we walking into the hallway to get to our room they was a terrible smell. We thought maybe it was food smell but then we got into the room and dam it stinks. Very bad very bad smell. Thank god it was only for one night. I don’t think I would book with them again.

I liked that the location!.. it was right by the Whitestone Bridge .. I didnt have to deal with alot of traffic.. which was a good thing!!.. the hotel was clean and nice.. my room was CLEAN AND NICE!!!.. My kids LOVED IT.. ME TOO!.. When visiting NYC.. I will be going there to stay!°😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍

The staff was friendly and helpful, the issue i was bothered with was not enough kitchen wear had wait 2 days to get them and by parts. Other issued i had was that my key card kept been deactivated many times. Also found under the bed , sunglasses, chocolate wrap and hairs on the bed. Need more detail cleaning. Advise if a guest stays longer keep in minds they do need stuff for the kitchen to cook. Do not make them wait. Other then that it would off been great.

Great room and helpful staff. Very clean and organized. The rooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen was more than adequate and the pots, pans, dishes and utensils were key. Will stay again.

This had to be the very worst Hotel experience and stay I have ever had. My wife and I got there at 12 midnight, and did not get checked in until approximately 130am. On top of that, the room had no heat when it was 25 degrees outside. Just blowing cold air. The front desk said, they were going to move us, she would call us back. We never received a phone call. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I EVER STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR ANY, IF ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES.

You get what you pay for though for the price in NYC I could have gotten a nice hotel elsewhere out of NYC. So drove 5 hours. Showed up at front desk which was unattended for about 10-15 minutes during noontime. Then there was a mix up and tech issues. Overall it took me almost 30 minutes to check in. When I went in to roil finally it smelled like cooked dried fish. Room dated. Bathroom dated. Hairs everywhere. Kitchen sink had full trash in it when I arrived. The toilet paper holder had half a roll on it. Place was kind of disgusting to be honest. But the service was good the peope weere nice despite the check in snafu. Overall I would not go back there if I can help it. Rooms are just too gross.

Front desk was empty I had to call out to get checked in, the beds were horrible it hurt my back! It says non smoking area but everywhere smelled! The rug was really dirty! Not the best place to stay at but when you have a doggie it’s hard to find nice places !

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean, bedding and towels were fresh. We had to stay for a family emergency. This is hotel was exactly what we need in a convenient location. Thank you Extended Stay!!!!!!

Smoke detector taped to the ceiling. Burn marks on the carpet, sinks and various other locations. Not impressed with this place. Wont stay here again.

The pictures they show on the internet is not a true showing of the hotel the outside looks good the rooms are old and out dated. There are water stains on the wall the first room reeked of cigarette we changed rooms staff was nice.. the so called grab and go breakfast was horrible. The walls are very thin.. i stayed 2 nights will never stay again

The bathroom was not cleaned properly before we started our stay. There appeared to be hair from the previous guests all over the bathtub.

They put me in a room with a defective smoke detector was going off all night, then had the nerve to tell me a non-smoker such as myself was I smoking in the room….. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t stay there not even if you paid me to stay there.
