They had us waiting to check in over 40 min while they were in the back then would not honor are reservation with u now we were charge

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. So first I will start by saying I was quoted 3 different prices about how much a week long stay is. Our room was full of ants and the remodel on a premium room is really just putting make up on a pig. The manager is one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional person I have ever met. I should have listened to the reviews I read on her but I thought oh maybe it will be different for me. Well it wasn't and they took alot of money from me.

Part of the front building was condemned, THREE police cars on site when we arrived. Pictures provided prior to booking are not representative of the overall room conditions, torn carpet, damaged doors, 1/4 inch plywood in kitchenettes. The site does not make it clear it is a MOTEL that predominantly provides shorter-term housing, there room prices and quality are based upon the likelihood of damage by the occupant, as relayed to me by the office staff when we asked to see the rooms before going to get a real hotel room and losing the entire cost of the room. They keep the entire cost of your stay, despite it having the appearance of a crack den that was recently partially remodeled. The Grounds between the units looks nice and has obviously been recently remodeled. However, appliances, construction materials, gutters, etc. randomly lying around between units (over a year after the remodel was "complete") show the true lack of quality or cleanliness of this motel.
Save your money, book somewhere else.

There was no staff working. We waiting an excessively long time to get checked in. Our key got demagnetized and no one was available to help us fix it. We couldn’t get in our room until 2 am.

These are units that are rented out to people with low income and need a place to rent by the week or month! Some of the units are being upgraded but the upgrades are very amateurish. The kitchen was missing a lot of things that one would normally associate with a "suite." Why provide you with a coffee maker and coffee but not provide cups? The unit smelled like old stale smoke covered by fresh paint. The picture posted on the Garden Suites website showed a pool and a beautiful patio. I didn't see this on my stay. When they brought us fresh towels for our second day, they placed the entire pile on to of the toilet tank! There were no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. Terrible place to stay.

The room over all was nice it was like a one bedroom apartment. The cleanness was average but there was a smell of cigaret that was just the only negative thing. I should up really late to my check in due to my flight and the front counter said you room is 100 % guaranteed,

We got a room that wasn’t cleaned at all and the next one was done but you can tell the floor was dirty from a lot before, walls and the water from the shower came out with rust. We came to stay for the night with our little kids and it was gross. The front desk lady was really nice and helpful but it was late and we only wanted to sleep and rest.

the room was awesome and the staff is amazing...even forgetting to install a seat on the toilet didnt put me off...they fixed it hella quick

When I pulled in, I felt like I was pulling up to a sketchy apartment building. The place was huge on the inside, which I why when I asked if I just paid $170 to stay here, her emphasis was the size of the place. I wasn’t looking to move in, I just wanted a safe place to sleep for the night.
Also, there was no breakfast as advertised.

Staff very nice. Property is very outdated, needs complete remodel. The location was good for public transportation and smaller casino's where we could eat, but nothing else close by. Area felt safe, but would not choose to stay there again.

BEWARE: this hotel is not really ready to act like a hotel. first off it is an extended stay or possibly has people onsite living there full time. some rooms had fully grown gardens outside their patios, other things that made me feel that i was staying in an apartment complex. the room was not well equipped. for example, the kitchen was a full kitchen but not one single plate, utensil, pot, pan or even a glass. nothing. not a single glass in the entire room! the flooring and carpet was new however, the room still smelled like smoke. the bedroom had two double beds and nothing else, no side tables, no lamps, nothing. the living room has a sofa (new with the tags still in place) however, it did not have a sleeper sofa. there is also only one very small AC in the living room and nothing in the bedroom. there is a window but the area did not make me feel safe enough to leave my window open so zero air flow and far enough away from the tiny AC where it didnt do anything. i would strongly recommend skipping this hotel until they get them selves together as a real hotel.

The inside of the room was clean but many things were run down. There were no glasses, no Kleenex or extra TP. The outside light shown into the bedroom as well.

Manager said she would contact Expedia regarding adjusting our bill, hoping to hear from someone as the manager agreed we should be refined for our stay.

Wow my room was not clean, mattress was off the box spring and had no sheets or pillow cases. Found cannabis twigs on the ground and the room was smoky despite being a non smoking room. Used soap in the bathroom. I left as soon as I could. Stay clear unless you are really cheap or have no other options.

I was so disappointed in the service, cleanliness, and appearance of this hotel. I would never stay here again. Such a waste of money and they didn’t even have my reservation correct and they over charged me! Never again!

Hotel changed names since I booked. Staff were friendly and helpfull but my husband and I did not feel safe. Non of the anities avertised were available. Not even a coffee maker in the room. No sevutity locks on door, no dishes not even plastic cups for bathroom

Very large, apartment like rooms with kitchen. Bed was a queen, a bit small for two people used to a king.
