Nice rooms, friendly, nice breakfast.

We loved the atmosphere and decor; the exterior design and landscaping was charming, and the interior had interesting local art. Although the inn had a bit of old-time beach feel, it was not kitschy. We also appreciated the club room with its early evening refreshments (social hour); we chatted with several other guests. I believe this "happy hour" would have either not existed or would have been totally different if had there been guests with children. Breakfast was lovely - made to order. We walked to shops and restaurants in minutes. I loved that our room had a functioning fireplace and a deep tub with jets. Unfortunately, we did not have time to indulge in any of the spa offerings, but we did check it out, and it seemed very nice. We are considering returning to the area for whale watching and will stay at Crowne Pointe again.

Best. Stay in cape cod. Friendly. Lovely cozy room with fireplace. Happy hour wine and cheese and full breakfast included. Delicious dinner in their dining room. Highly recommended.

3rd time staying there, and God willing, it won't be our last time. The inn is in a great location, the rooms are wonderful, the breakfasts are delicious, and the wine and cheese every afternoon is a great touch. All in all, yhos is without a doubt the best place to stay in Provincetown.

My husband and I found the staff, especially Brecken, to be friendly and accommodating. The food was DELICIOUS— try the lobster pappardelle! The free morning breakfast is also outstanding and they offer a free and fun wine and cheese happy hour. The rooms are slightly dated, but they are clean and spacious. Definitely a good place to stay in P-Town. An easy walk to Commerce Street.

Great property, well kept up grounds. We loved the gas fireplace in our room. It was a spacious room with comfortable king size bed and good size bathroom and shower. The hot omelets and other breakfast items were excellent. We would definitely recommend!

Convenient location. Room small and showing signs of wear and tear. Breakfast below average: tables not properly cleaned, plastic cups and paper plates, low quality continental breakfast buffet, no service from grumpy staff as you have to order and pick up your hot breakfast from the kitchen yourself (you get a pager). Absolutely no value for money.

I liked the layout of the property and the fact that it is Adults only. I also loved the breakfast made to order every morning, the jacuzzi, hot tub and how friendly the entire staff (and guests) were. I will DEFINITELY come back and stay here. Thank you 🏳️‍🌈

The room was spacious, enjoyed the little deck outside the room. The hot tub and pool area was comfortable was perfect. Enjoyed the multiple breakfast options the happy hour!

The hotel staff were all so kind and helpful. We loved our King room with all the amenities like the Keurig and refrigerator in the room. The bathroom shower was wonderful. An added nice touch of hospitality was the nightly 5:00 social hour around the pool with wine, crackers, cheese and veggies. We would definitely return to this Inn! Thank you, Melanie & Jake

Right in the center, and still quiet from the party (the town’s Carnival) going on. Free parking. Made to order free breakfasts.

The bathroom had a very bad smell. The curtain was broken which I took a picture and showed it to the front desk receptionist.

Great place

Really liked this property though the pool was really small…really a wading pool. The restaurant was fantastic, not just breakfast but dinner was excellent.

Very accommodating staff, clean rooms, private pool and jacuzzi area right next to all the best dance clubs and shopping Ptown has to offer.

Premium location. The room was very clean; the bed was comfortable. Good airconditioning. The pool is very small and has more decorative functions.

My mattress in 207 was sagging and lumpy. Reported to front desk. They noted it but were as cold as a stone and no apologies. For the rates they charge, not worth the price. Breakfast was good. Cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly. Place needs to be spruced up - dark furniture all banged up. Could not get the heating in room to work and it was cold one night. Not the same place as on a previous stay.

Terrible, unfriendly, incompetent front desk staff. Booked and paid for Executive king described as being 400sqft in size and Expedia photos show large room with separate sitting area with sofa. Room assigned was 200sqft, no sitting area, no sofa, looks like a standard queen room. Duty manager refuses to give me the room I booked and tries to convince me that an executive room is smaller than a deluxe king despite it being more expensive. Also tells me the room photos on Expedia for the executive room are incorrect and need correcting since they are “misleading”. No compensation or refund offered to take account of receiving a room half the size promised. Room feel tired and bathrooms have old tiling which looks and feel dirty. Towels are disgusting - “white” towels are a dirty great color. Positives - good location, good quality breakfast included. But given the fact they mislead you regarding the rooms and then lie to your face when you challenge them I will never stay here again

This was our first time at the Crowne Point & our second visit to Ptown in 16 years. We had a fabulous time. The breakfasts at the Crown Pointe are made to order and a great way to start the day. Happy Hour is from 5pm - 6pm and is great way to meet other guest that are staying at the property. We arrived the second week of May and the town was preparing itself for the season. There was no housekeeping services available the week we were there but we didn't mind. The Crown Pointe is indeed walking distance from Commerical Street where all the action is as well as other dining options. The restaurant at the Crowne Point was opening the Friday evening after we left but we made do with ohter options on Commerical Street. We will definitely be coming back to Ptown next year and look forward to staying at the Crown Pointe again.

Gorgeous hotel located only a block or two away from central Provincetown. Shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions are walking distance!

Wine time is awesome! Nice time to chat with other guests too. Staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Although I stay for work, I feel like I’ve had a vacation by the time I leave. Free convenient parking is a big plus for me too. Rooms are very nice and I think I got an upgrade on my last visit… room had a fireplace and jetted tub. Much appreciated on a cool spring evening! See you again in the fall.

Horrible scam

This is my 2nd experience with hotels.com- and last. The room reserved online doesn’t align with what is assigned by the hotel. The hotel did make things better- but hotels.com reservations garner the worst rooms. I will book directly going forward.

I always enjoy my stay at this place. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable clean rooms. I will continue to stay there when I visit Provincetown.

Great place to stay

The Crowne Pointe is a very nice and centrally located inn that is convenient to shopping, eating and entertainment in Ptown. The service is always good and very welcoming. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the noise factor can be a bit of a problem between rooms. I have stayed there several times and prefer to be on upper floors so that you don't have to deal with people walking above you.
