Magnolia Hotel Houston, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Don’t order the room service they do not bring it for an hour or more and not everything’s included and it’s all in to go wrapping.

We had a great experience at the Magnolia. The only thing was that there wasn’t an ice machine on every floor .

Great view from the pool deck, room was clean and quiet, great location a short walk to Daikin park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Definitely staying here again.

I have to say that we travel ALOT and the staff at this Hotel was exceptional. The front desk staff always had a smile and greeted you as you entered and wished you a good day as you left regardless of how many times per day we came in and out. We chose to include the breakfast buffet in our reservation and it was well worth the price. We had the pleasure of being served on our first morning breakfast by a gentleman who was learning to speak Spanish and was very accommodating to my husband who is learning English. The ROOM was solid and not a peep was heard all night, it was very quiet. He was a pleasure to have as our server. The room was very clean outside of some minor things that could use some touching up it was on par with many other hotels. The pool is small and only 3 ft deep, I had no intention of getting in but if you are someone who has to go swimming, this might not be the right pool for you.
