They don't have checkout line. Check in and out are in the same line. I'm sweeting so bad, it took me 45 minutes to checkout .

It was our second visit to this hotel during the New Year time.
Pluses:
Again, it was a good compromise between the price and the services. The territory around the hotel might be the best among all other 4-5 star hotels in the vicinity. Very good beach. Nice breakfast buffet
Minuses:
the hotel definitely needs renovation. The restaurant is often overfilled between 8:30 and 10. The check-in procedure is VERY slow - the slowest one we have ever experienced.

Service was excellent. Room was a bit dated. Air conditioning was minimal, but still comfortable. It was not too busy when I was there, so I could find a seat either on the beach or at one of the pools.

It was very comfortable, very attentive and nice staff, great management, the grounds beautiful and well cared for, same goes for the beachfront… good dining options, would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to friends

I think it was a terrific place to be at. The management was very nice and friendly and we were able to check in early. The breakfast was good and the amenities around were great. Dinner, while expensive was tremendous and the ambience they created was exceptional. My only complaint would be that there weren’t enough workers so it took a little longer to get our drinks delivered at the pool (maybe they were really busy) But everything else was lovely. Our housekeeper cleaned every day and gave us a ton of water (which we drank).

Loved the variety of outdoor pool options. Spent most of our time in the lagoon pool. It was shady and had lots of day beds with umbrellas nearby. My only complaint was noisy neighbors at night.

The room was good, clean and quiet. The access to the pool and the beach were correct. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast and food in general, the quality of the food is not good.

It is always a pleasurable stay. Right now they are going through renovations throughout the whole property which makes it not being able to use the facilities.

Room condition kind of run down but acceptable. A bit noisy during the night. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Location is great and many dinning choices around

The hotel was older but the location was good and the beach was much better than other areas. The price was fair and if you want cleaner beaches this hotel is the right place for you.

the smell in the guest rooms was either 2nd hand smoking or from the sewage system. the hotel needs an overhaul of its central air system. this one problem kinda wipes out everything else great about it.

Biggest problem was that they had terrible reading lights in bed.
Many of like to read books in the bed before sleep and it was impossible.
Nothing else to complain. Beautiful place to relax.

Good hotel, nice swimming pool and stand by the beautiful beach. The breakfast is excellent.

all staff in the Hotel very kind and nice and professional. I felt very relax and comfortable there.
