I could not get up onto the bed! I spent my first night on the couch. My 2nd night I stayed on a friend's recliner. Paid almost $500.00 to stay there because my house was tented for termites. When I complained 1st morning, the guy said, "sorry." He did not mention the sofa was a pull out. You are not accommodating to the over 65 crowd with these high beds. Sorry, but I will never stay there again. I just don't understand why the bed is so high. It was at the height of the top of my hip. After hip and back surgery, I could never get on that bed.
Also, there was only one grab bar in the shower. Should be one beside the toilet, too. As you know, there are a lot of us seniors out there. I hope you consider how bad this was for me.

Traveled to San Diego for a quick weekend getaway and stayed at this location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was simple. If something was out and employee was quick to restock. Pool was warm. One night stay beds were comfortable.

Paid parking at suburban hotels like this is lame and nickel and dime scheme. We weren't advised about breakfast at check-in - we had to call and ask about it. We were told waffles would be at breakfast - they were not and my kids were disappointed. Travelled with kids for sports activities - it was closeby to facility and restaurants, most of all pretty quiet and clean.

We were happy with the friendly check in until we found out the room is not ready for us.
We booked with 3 adult and 2 kids.
When we arrived, the stay didn’t prepared for my entire group.
Kids are okay to stay at sofa bed, but we can’t find any bedding.
We had to go lobby and asked for more bedding.
The worse part happened when we checked out, the front desk man intent to charge extra for my party which exactly indicated when booked stay.
I have to say, the two bedroom I booked is quiet small. Beds are comfortable. Associates or communication might need some upgrade. Other than that is fine.

The beds and sofas were old and uncomfortable . When we checked with the staff to change our rooms , they were not helpful because we booked from orbitz . Their bath tubs very dirty and old . Their toiletries were not good . Overall I won’t give a 1 star for the price they have charged me for the week

I did not get to stay there. The day of, they booked me in another sister hotel with two separate rooms instead two bedrooms. They did not tell me until I received an email from the sister hotel and I called to confirm my reservation. They said, “Sorry.” What kind of business was that that they did not even call me. My husband spent an hour over the phone to make sure that the two rooms were next to each other so our family could stay together.

My only complaint is there were ants esp in the kitchen. I had to made sure I dont leave anything on the countertop and sink that are unwashed and any opened bags of food or pantry stuff. Also, more variety of hot breakfast. Overall, my stay was great and pleasant. Great customer service by the lobby receptionists.

We loved this place! The staff was friendly and amazing. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great ... we visited attractions in all directions from the hotel and it was easy and quick to get everywhere. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The night of my son's wedding many people came back to the lobby. I was worried that we would get kicked out, but instead they brought us water, ice and chocolate. They made us feel relaxed and happy to have us in their lobby.
