The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel is a victim of the "barbarians" that have taken over Patong. Rudeness everywhere. The suite was fine, not wonderful.

Spent 7 days here with my girlfriend. Loved it!

We loved our stay. We booked the Paradise Suite and it was great, overlooking the pool and the city. The restaurant options at the hotel are awesome. The breakfast was amazing, credit to the chefs and staff. We loved the pool and the pool bar, spending a lot of time here! Beautiful decor throughout the hotel.

We had stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and it was not worth it due to following reasons: 1. We were told on checkin to come back at 3pm and the room would be ready for us. Coming back after 3pm we were told they just started cleaning the room and we had a 2 year old that was tired and needed rest after an 9 hour flight. 2. We had taken partial deluxe sea view but the windows weren't clean 3. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. 4. Staff is not that polite they have no value for guest no hotel staff present to help at morning for luggage. 5. On checkout staff accused us of taking the laundry bag. Who the hell would want to take a laundry bag from the room. After telling them off they told us to not to worry.

Worm down, no service only thing going for it is the location. Cheating with bill on check out

This hotel is in an alley around 50m from the main street. Around 10-15 min walk to Patong beach,10 min walk to Walking Street.We had room at level 23,but we still could hear the noise from the clubs below all night.It is not very loud but may annoy you. Hotel required an equipment of 3000Bth deposit.Hotel provided 'welcome drink' voucher but we could only get juice from the bar. I thought it would be more welcoming if you bring the drinks to us on check-in.If you bother to provide drink voucher,then we should be able to get alcohol from the bar !

Its what a great hotel

Overall, the property and our room was clean. The customer service however was lacking. Staff at the front desk and at the breakfast station was not friendly or helpful. When checking out, the person at the front desk was very rude. I personally would not be staying there again.

Good location for shopping, nightlife and Activities in Patong. Can be noisy at night. Nice reception, pool area, and lounge. BEACH IS 10 MINUTE WALK. Breakfast is on 2nd floor with no elevator access. Breakfast variety could be better. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Lots of amenities. Good package.

Clean and proper

Only 1 staff was good but our room was not given on time n when I asked the staff may n manager they were rude, even room service person who answered call dropped the call it's very impolite and bad location of property was fine and 1 staff on counter was nice but nothing compensate to me for giving me room 90 minute late and toilet n cleanliness was another issue I won't recommend this place to any one n poor experience here, I have been to Thailand 3 time before always nice hotel n stay but this is first time bad experience even though it was my marriage anniversary my wife she did herself some cleaning in toilet and also the dust in room, sorry for this feedback but as money was paid already so I had no choice

Very well located to everything you need for fun and relaxation. The hotel is large and our Junior Suite was an excellent size - sure ok starting to look a little old and tired but very comfortable and clean . High floor with ocean view worth it . The breakfast included was great and plenty of variety. Overall enjoyed the stay . Thank you to the professional friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Royal Paradise Hotel and Spa. The staff were really lovely. The cleaner on our level was just the sweetest lady. We got sick during a moment of our stay and we'd let her know and she gave us extra rolls of toilet paper and kept our bathroom clean for us. We loved being all the way up on the 17th floor. We had gorgeous views of the beach and the mountains. The hotel is very close to Bangla Road, the beach and there are night markets every night just outside the hotel. The breakfast was good. Once my husband discovered the soup he had that every single morning. The only downside was the air-conditioning unit occasionally had some really bad smells come from it. We did let reception know and someone came to look at it we were leaving our room for the afternoon but perhaps the issue may have been too big to fix while we were staying there as the smells kept coming back. Other than that our stay was amazing and we'd definitely stay again in the future.

We’ve stayed here about 11 times now love the place

Disappointing check in. Took a long time and they could not seem to understand I had already paid. Refused to give me my keycard until I paid! Finally sorted after 20 mins but no apology! The pool area was nice and bar and pool staff helpful and friendly

When you are inside it really is like Paradise. Beautiful room and great pool area. The inside is lovely. But tge area directly across from property and the neighborhood, Patong, is NOT for me. I wish we could pick this property up and put it in a better location. But we did enjoy our stay. Thank you Royal Paradise.

The hotel service is so far so good, the location is excellent, the swimming pool is good. However, the hygiene is not good in room, too many mosquitoes and insects in room, which make us uncomfortable. The swimming pool make my child happy even though no slide in there, of coz I wish there was, should be much more fun.

Property condition not the best and not kid’s friendly at all. No elevator on level 2 to access the restaurants. Lifts at the property needs major upgrade and the door closes very quickly

We particularly enjoyed the central location of the hotel and the varied dining options available. The lobby bar had some very desirable cocktails and the sfaff were most amicable.

Very friendly staff, centrally situated to everywhere we wanted to go. Beautifully presented hotel, awesome breakfast and gorgeous pool area.

The room wasn’t clean even each day they provide room cleaning, the floor is always dusty and dirty, I wonder what they clean, I guess just tidy up the beds and change the towels only. The breakfast is a waste of time. Don’t bother to purchase the breakfast if you’re thinking of it.

Great hotel in a great area. Staff was very nice and polite. Concierge was very helpful with helping me book transportation and excursions. Can’t wait to go back
