Everything was raggedy. Seemed like things were just taped together. Our door kept getting jammed and we were either stuck in or stuck outside the room. They didn’t fix it till the last day after having to call about it multiple times.

This property was very old, worn and dingy. The lobby seemed updated a little, but the rooms were old. They look like the pics, but it’s obvious they used photography tricks. It smelled like a bar full of old stale cigarettes and marijuana. We were afraid to unpack because we didn’t want our clothes to smell. Even the bedcovers smelled the same. I was unable to sleep because the smell repulsed me. The decor was old. They seemed to be pumping deodorizer into the lobby because initially it didn’t smell bad, but the hallways and rooms were unbearable to me. The only reason we stayed overnight was because we checked in late at night and didn’t have the energy to search for a new hotel, but I was wide awake at 6a and called around and we checked out promptly at 8a (didn’t even shower, that shower was old and dingy too), and went to a newer, cleaner, great smelling hotel a mile away(Holiday Inn Express). I’m not sure how this place is getting good reviews, it needs to be gutted and fully renovated because the smell is in the carpet and walls. I sprayed a bottle of febreze and Lysol and it did not help:( They did apologize and refunded me half of my one night stay and didn’t hold me to the nonrefundable clause for the two days I had reserved so that was appreciated.

The beds aren’t queen beds. They are full beds also, I needed a room with double beds and they don’t have that. The pool was dirty and the water kept going out of the rooms.

The queen suite perfectly met my need for a quiet space at the end of long days. The kitchen allowed me to eat at leisure and avoid the noise and expense of restaurants. The TV placement made it possible to see from any part of the room. Lighting placement was very good for reading in the evening. The staff was polite and friendly and helped with what I needed.

Great hotel ! Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly! Pretty clean for being pet friendly. We just wish it was a bit better upkept/ cleaner. A little musty in the rooms. Doors were dirty. Opening the windows helped. We brought a kitty with us. He loved it ! We would definitely stay again.

The hotel room is ok; reception is friendly. One thing I’m extremely disappointed was that the housekeeper disturbed us twice before we checked out.

I carefully reserved a room with a separate living area. Upon check in the room we were given a room reeked of cigarettes. We went back to the desk and the only available room was a studio, which we had no choice but to accept. I mentioned that perhaps housekeeping would want to air out the prior room and was advised that the hotel has no housekeeping staff????
The room was fine although not the room that we reserved, however in the morning we were treated to the delight of freezing cold showers and no washcloths in the bathroom.
I told the desk about no hot water when we checked out and the response was “sorry about that” and that is it. Never again, I will stick with Hilton properties.

No hot tub even though it is listed in the amenities. No saying pool season is closed until July even though we are mid summer. They had no AC system when we went and said nothing we can do about it even though we spent $230 per night. Were told to contact GM and its been a week without any response back.

The all around service was good. The 2 two areas that were really bad and are crucial to my stay was the internet service didnt work. From my experiences there was someone in the hotel trying to hack into accounts. No data or wi fi the entire time for my phone. Then if i used laptop or tablet the same would happen. THE WORST. 2ND the meal service, breakfast. This meal was ill prepared and and just really bad. Wont be staying again. Id expect a few free nights to make up for this aquarium
