The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby. Beware of the additional parking fee added to the charge. It was just a plain parking lot so I think it's just one of those hidden charges.

I made a reservation for a King with sofa bed and when I checked in the reservation they had on file was for two double beds. There were no King with sofa rooms available so after I returned to the desk, they discounted the room to reflect the price of the 2 doubles. In addition, the elevator was not working. However, the breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean.

Gentleman cleaning in the lobby was very nice and had seen me walking outdoors. He took the time to let me know about a one mile hiking trail around the property. So nice of him.

Location was convenient for our travel. Too bad it was foggy and raining. Restaurant suggested by staff had a good water view and good pizza.

No staff at front desk upon arrival nor at just about any other time that I was in the lobby area. Was told room was not clean upon check in and then the room reserved was not available. Was put into one bed room for three adults. Then moved to two double bed small room. Next morning I went to lobby and thankful there was at that time a lady at the desk who was able to get me into a room like I had made reservation for other than tub accessible. I was very thankful for that lady. Sad I didn’t get her name. Card keys were not working. Had to get remade three times to finally get one to work. Breakfast items were not replenished very well. Very disappointing stay.

The employees are wonderful. Especially the gentleman who ran the breakfast buffet. The hotel is clean but needs to be updated.

Did not get to find out what it was like to stay here overnight. We booked a king suite. Said suite was to include a king size bed, a sofa, and enough room for us to maneuver around each other. We arrived late after spending time with family. We checked in and were given a key to room 211. We loaded the cart with all of our luggage and belongings; most of these items being things we needed to attend our son’s wedding the following day. Pushed the cart to the elevator and arrived at the room. Once inside, we found 2 rinky dink double beds, no sofa, and a tiny little room. Um, not what I booked and certainly not what I paid $400 for. We go back downstairs with the assumption a mistake has been made and ask the lady at the desk about this. Turns out there was a “maintenance issue” with our room and they were fully booked. Don’t you think this was something that should’ve been disclosed when we arrived? Ordinarily when two people book a room and it’s just the two of them they expect to be sharing the bed. My husband and I have shared a bed for 22 years and we like a certain amount of space when we sleep - hence the king bed. We contacted Expedia who immediately found us a different hotel with a king suite, chairs, and an actual king bed at a lower price and refunded us the difference. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel if this is the way they choose to handle things. Let’s just not tell the guest that they will not be getting what they paid for. How ridiculous!

Everything went according to plan.Check in was smooth.Room looked clean. I would recommend this hotel.

I was told Marriot NOW requires a 3-night stay for a guest to receive housekeeping services (what does that mean?. Why would I pay almost $500.00 for two nights and have limited housekeeping services. Then the property told me that due to short staffing at this location, I would not receive ANY housekeeping services. So I had to empty my own trash and get fresh towels from the front desk.

It was a good location for us. Very comfortable. Breakfast was just so so. Nothing great. Staff was pleasant. Wish the TV was mounted on the wall higher. It was hard to see laying down. We had a nice stay.

The hotel location was in a convenient location to my customer that i was meeting with. the hotel was clean and the breakfast was a pleasant start to me day.

The hotel was clean, but the bed mattress needed replaced five years ago. When you read the sign they had over the eggs they seem to be more concerned about the accommodations of the chickens that laid the eggs we had for breakfast. My back is killing me. For $180 they can afford a decent mattress for their guests.

From the get go it was not great with the clerk telling me that the hotel.com chain always over books them and they didn’t have any room in king size available..I had to ask what we could do and she said she may have a double available…I stated, I just need somewhere to sleep…she found a handicap king room, right down the hall from all the loud people at the bar…I asked how long that was going to last and she said about 11pm, when I had to be up by 5:45 am 😳🙄 There was a part next to me that was celebrating a birthday…it was Horrible sleeping conditions and I felt like it was no big deal when I mentioned I just needed somewhere to sleep

This is one of the best places to stay in this price range. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Fresh cookies every day is a nice touch. Will stay here again!

Previous visits facility was excellent. This time: tears in carpet, bifold closet door was broken, shower head not working well, breakfast was average at best, rubbery eggs and bacon.

Clean and nicely furnished..pool was very small, they have a spa tub not a hot tub..room was clean and bed was comfortable

hotel is nice, clean and friendly. didn't use any of the facilities except sleeping. *need to make curtains that close on the rooms facing the mall parking lot....too bright in room at nite*

The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. Only issue was loud guests above me in the middle of the night.

I booked a king bed with sofa, I also called the hotel the day of check in to confirm my room reservation. The clearly confirmed, however when we got there to check in they said we were to late and they had already give our room away. It was 7:30pm! When we asked the desk clerk they were not friendly and said sorry were sold out there’s nothing I can do. Will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone, it was rundown down and not worth what we paid.

Whirlpool is filthy on the bottom and the water pressure is terrible. It's hot enough, but hardly a "whirlpool."

Very friendly and helpful staff upon check-in. Location convenient to downtown and not obnoxiously overpriced on event weekends.

Highly disappointed with this hotel from the moment we walked into our room. There was trash and toenail clippings all over the floor between the bed and nightstands, cobwebs in every corner along the floor, the sink and tub were dirty, there was a crusty used washcloth stuck in the shower curtain, and a pair of underwear shoved under the mattress. The “complimentary breakfast” is a few options in store packaging, poorly heated and basically inedible. We will never be back.

Tricky entrance to the main lobby from outside. The sloped walkway to the door actually has a small lip on it causing me to trip as I pushed the luggage rack inside. I hit my head hard on the sidewalk and was bleeding pretty well. The desk clerk did come out and gave me dressings to help with the bleeding. Later, after we’d gotten to the room, she came down with an incident report and was extremely helpful and sympathetic. Evidently this little cement curb had caused other falls by customers. Otherwise, our stay was uneventful. The room and furniture was not as nice as when we stayed there three years ago.
