I loved our stay this is our second time staying here. Dria was amazing at checkout. My check in was smooth and amazing as well. The only thing I’d recommend to the hotel is a second waffle maker for breakfast in the morning.

Room was dirty, had to ask for linens for the pull out couch. The pool is murky can’t see bottom the filter was not latched to the drain which puts kids at risk threat why there is the Chelsea law. The chemicals were so high all of us ended up getting a rash

I booked a whirlpool tub room and they said I had to call ahead to book it. I was already here

I like the complementary breakfast I like the cleanest I love the Jacuzzi and swimming pool Customer service was great Front desk as well as the server for the food was awesome bringing the food out I had an awesome day with my grandchildren they enjoyed they self and did not want to leave We stay 2 nights due to DTE power outage

I booked two rooms and when I arrived to the hotel, the hotel gave me only one and the other room were booked to someone else. This is BS

It was very noisy during our stay. Very loud banging noises from the floor above all during the night. Inconveniently, a construction crew had to make repairs in my room during my remote work hours. The pool was unavailable for a couple of days. The conference room was unavailable. Nice staff, but was disturbed twice despite our "do not disturb" sign on the door.

My card was double charged and the hotel was not interested in helping I had to report fraud and cancel my card when clearly the hostess charged me twice and I told him at time of checking in he assured me i wasn’t charged twice!!! And I was

The hotel was in a convenient location. Front desk associates were very helpful. What I didn't like was parents had no control over there kids. Running back and forth to the pool/excersize room without any supervision. Too many kids in the hot tub, no room for adults.

Good staff. Working hard to keep the place nice. The hot water was slow in the shower-but was good enough when up to temp. I’ll stay again if in the area.

We only stayed one night, the room was perfect. Breakfast could of had a better options, other than that everything was perfect.

I thought the staff was very helpful and my only negative was the the mattress was dipping on the sid between the beds. Since I was the only one in the bed it was not an issue.

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us & handled check in efficiently. Immediately we smelled marijuana in the elevator and hallway. The room was clean and well stocked with basics. The pool and hot tub were very cloudy but worked properly. Due to the crowd there were no available towels. Unfortunately there was a very loud wedding party in the surrounding rooms which left trash in hallways and even a hole in the wall. We did not sleep well due to this party continuing until 2:30am when security finally addressed the problem. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Muffins and bagels were stale with few other options. There was no hot water for tea. It appeared the staff was not equipped to handle the large volume of guests, but they were trying their best.

The only thing I did not like was the inability to use an exit door because of renovations being done. However, the hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating.

We were on the updated third floor. King bed and convertible sofa. The sofa was quite comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast included both hot and cold items. Staff quite friendly.

I liked that they had a decent breakfast. Nothing fancy, but more than a grab and go sandwich. I didnt like the outside. Theres construction going on so there is unavoidable construction mayerial. I also thought a bench would be nice to sit at domewhere on tve property. Maybe thats in the works for the future after the renovation is comleyed.

Stayed here before. Nothing exceptional, great location if one has business in Southfield or surrounding area. Property was in midst of new remodel program. Rather noisy, but tolerable. TV quit on third night, refrigerator unplugged, both of these complaints due, I'm sure, to remodel program. Overall, not bad place to stay.

When we checked in, they claimed we didn't pay eventhough we had already paid. He asked for my card a few times saying he forgot to charge for this and that. Then said if we were double charged, we'd have to wait until we checked out to talk to someone! The room had a horrible smell to it. Big group in the pool at night that was very loud, so we waited to use the pool in the morning. Pool was dirty and covered with a film. Breakfast was good.

They had me check into a room that was dirty. It was leftover wash, clothes and dirty towels in the bathroom. The bed and pillows has stains on them. I asked about getting another room they would not accommodate me.

The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for my purposes.

The linen was not fitted and bunched under you all night. I had to keep pulling it under the mattress.The room was dark and un inviting.

Room was dirty. Mattress side had a stain the light switches were dirty. The fridge was dirty spoiled milk was left and food frozen in the top. Smelled marijuana.everyday! Loud loud loud NOT HAPPY!! Had false fire alarm at 4:00am!! Due to smoke smell

Horrible experience. The room was disgusting looked like they didn’t even change anything from whomever stayed in the room before they just made the bed and kept it moving. When I told the front desk staff they didn’t even seem surprised or empathetic to this he just told me they were getting ready to do renovations on the property. But that had nothing to do with what I was experiencing that evening. He didn’t apologize or offer me anything but another room. My point was if that room was bad and you are telling me you are doing renovations whos to say the other room wasn’t just as bad if not worse? Customer service terrible! Never again. I will stick to my air bnbs
