Rooms were ok way too expensive, pool is not that good,, had to pay for breakfast or even water in my room. Nickle and dime you. Staff was not really friendly in fact rude,

We were in town for business and we always stay here, however this time we were greeted with a unwelcoming receptionist upon arrival. Once I arrived to my room, a typically clean room wasn't so clean. While the towels were fresh the hair in the bathroom was everywhere. Then to make matters worse, there was a dog barking on my floor. I am hoping this trip was just an anomaly and they are having growing pains.

This hotel has it all! The staff, facilities, cleanliness and the breakfast buffet was very reasonable and delicious! Not a thing to complain about! Sure wish we had this experience everywhere we go!

The breakfast buffet has room for great improvement for the price. They were out of pancake/waffle mix. The French toast was cold. The bacon and sausage were ok. The small scoop of scrambled eggs was cold also. No biscuits and gravy. I'll be willing to bet that this won't get a response.

Very nice, clean, new property. Hilton properties usually offer some kind of free breakfast. That was a big disappointment, and the breakfast offered was grossly overpriced. As an Honers member I already pay a premium to stay at Hilton properties, because I trust the cleanliness and safety of the Hotel. I don't like being reminded of the Inn Keeper in Lis Mis who wanted to charge guests for breathing the air in the Inn. Thanks for listening.

We have stayed at this particular hotel many times but not for a couple of years the rooms are always very clean and I am extremely picky so much so that I take my own sanitizer and cleaner and wipes anyway with that said the designs in the hotel lobby and in the hallways have not changed, not been updated in a long time and it’s obvious by looking at them and the worst part is the fact that the elevators stink, smell musty and dirty the carpets are filthy and fingerprints are all over the inside and was not once wiped down and we were there for two nights and three days we won’t be going back.

This location is a cut above. They have a breakfast buffet that has a omelet station and it’s affordable and good quality. Felt right at home there.

It was very nice, however, if you prefer a quiet area or have a noisy pet, like me, you might want to let them know so they can find you the proper room location. Rooms are assigned upon arrival.

Expedia failed to mention the pool was closed. Pool had been closed for over a month and it’s not listed anywhere on site. Door lock on room was broken and we found Easter eggs under the furniture. No attention to detail.

We booked our stay through hotel.com. The pictures show that there is a hot tub at this location, however after we checked in and went up to our room for a bit, we came downstairs to use the hot tub and there is no hot tub! I was told since we already checked in, there was nothing they could do for us.I really feel like this is complete false advertising! The hotel refused to give us a refund or even a discount on a future room, they were rude and didn't care, I was given the manager's phone number to call back on Monday morning and I left three messages and never got a call back. The room was dirty and there was a weird water sound between the walls when someone flushed a toilet somewhere above us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, we will never return to this hotel!
