I was downgraded from a suite to a regular full sized room bc my dad was disabled and they wouldn’t give me the difference between the $147 and $54 bc they don’t have elevators or anything. They definitely do not clean there rooms we where put into 4 different rooms bc one was flooded one the tv didn’t work one one the ac didn’t work. Poor poor hotel it’s very very nasty they don’t mop or anything.

I get to this hotel to find all the mattresses out in the parking lot. Then look at the reviews and see stuff about bed bugs and roaches. I go in and talk to the lady who admits there's roaches and bugs and basically tells us she will give us a downstairs room so we can leave our stuff in the car!? Ummmm no thank you. I canceled and asked for a refund in which she only refunded one day!!! I didn't even step foot in a room and want it fully refunded or I will be taking this up with a lawyer! No one should stay here this place needs to be shut down!!!!! The whole place is overall gross!!!!

It was very unsanitary. The room smelled bad, sheet was dirty with stains and lots of hair. We had to leave to rebook another place last minute. The front desk told us we will receive a full refund through our booking agent, when hotels.com called the front desk, the hotel front desk rep. denied the refund. It wasted our pricious time and added stress to our trip. We demand a full refund and compendation for the lost time and stress caused by this poor booking experience.

The property was much older and run down then the pictures, very disappointing

There was a quaint little grave yard in the back of the property that is not marked and half flooded. The stove looked like it came out of a meth lab, there was a roach on the sink in the morning to greet me, the bath room didnt have a latch and everything was filthy.

This room was horrible! Worn out bedding! 2 worn out pillows. Worst motel I've walked into! Didn't stay ! . They wouldn't refund my money.

Property is being repaired that needs much more repairs. They have two small pillows not enough towels very little toilet paper no amenities

I honestly can't believe this atrocity is still listed on Expedia! This "hotel " is a disgrace. It's filthy, the floor is falling apart. The door looks like it could be broken in by a child. We didn't even stay, we were not eligible to get our money back but where willing to forfeit it and find a decent place to stay. The people in front of us turned in their key and left because there were bed bugs in their room. Overall there should be a place for negative star ratings in Expedia.

They have BED BUGS. They werent shocked at all when i showed them the pictures either. I was told they probably appeared because they sprayed for termites. The sheets were dirty and had blood stains too. The hotel gave me my refund after Hotels.com contacted them. We were able to book a new place and wash all clothes.

First there wasn’t maid service We had to go to the office for everything including toilet paper next the bed was horrible it was hard next it had ROACHES that is totally unacceptable

The very second i opened the door to the room and turned the lights on, cockroaches scattered!! We immediate went back to front desk and turned in our key. We didnt stay!! Nees full refund.

I had stayed here previously and I was very happy on how quiet it is here. No one bothers you and you can really enjoy your stay. The property is very clean and not to mention the rooms are spacious and very clean too.

I open the room assigned, dirty sheets, dirty toilet, trash can full of trash, bed dirty, poo in the toilet, AC broken, room full of bugs, trash all over the room.

Arrived at the hotel after 1 am with 2 rooms prepaid. Manager said under his breath that he didn’t have any clean rooms, then went ahead and checked us in to 2 rooms, both of which had unmade beds and were indeed not clean. Hotels.com is refusing to refund our payment, even though the hotel has approved it. Won’t be using Hotels.com again.

This property need to be condemned. Floor board felt like you will fall through. Lots of drug addiction at the hotel. Also lots of large noticeable circle stains on bed sheets to include the pillows.

This property was probably one of the worst ive been to. My wife and i walked into a flooded room and the trash can was being used to catch the excess water but it was overflowing and flooding the room. Not onky was our room a wreck but two other people said their rooms were flooded or dirty. That said i will not be returing to OYO properties

They have bed bugs!!!! We checked in amd went to rooms. Once i found the bed bugs and the motel didn't want to refund me my money. I would not recommend
