It was a nice stay, with good pillows. The breakfast was not the best and had limited options. The staff were friendly and always willing to help

Bed hard and pillows too small. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and accommodating and we loved the central location to all of the distilleries. Would stay again, but bring my own pillows.

The customer service was awesome, but the condition of my first room was not good, it had a smell to it. The front desk personnel move us to a better. The pool area had bugs.

The room was very nice. It was quiet and comfortable. I was very impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast! Plan on staying there frequently!

Everything was perfect except the A/C and heat. If the heat was on it was to hot no matter what i set it at, and the fan didnt work.

Considering it is significantly more expensive the the best western next to it, you would think it would be better. It isn’t.
Their breakfast was basic and terrible. Dried bacon that tastes like paper. The best western offers multiple meat choices everyday of better quality. As well as a wider selection of muffins l, fruit, yogurt, etc.
They are coasting off the Marriott name…not worth it.

The hot tub was down and has been for a time. The hot tub was one of the reasons I chose this property. Expedia did not disclose the hot tub being down. This was the only downside to my visit

Room door had significant chipped wood at bottom of door on the outside. Room where ice machine is located on the third floor did not look clean - dim lighting may have been a part of that perception.

The small refrigerator was pulled out of the wall when we checked in. We asked for it to be fixed and it was never checked. At check out, the receptionist said it was my fault for not turning it on. There was noise during the night, which we heard through the door and ceiling. We paid top price and we’re ignored.

reception was nice. Breakfast was marginal (bacon overcooked), no option to pork, and croissant sandwiches were kept in wrapper causing bread to be soggy. Pool and area were very cold. Hot tub was out of order. Room had new carpet but bathroom floor molding was dirty/dusty

VERY disappointed the hot tub was out of order until OCTOBER?!? That is the only reason we booked this hotel. Then to know they have a heated pool that was cold. Their (and your site) should post such things as we paid for that and did not receive the amenities.

The hotel is clean and the people are very friendly. It's a bit dated but still a very nice place to stay. It's close to several restaurants and stores.

I was dissatisfied that the whirlpool was out of service. Their were several hotels in the area but I chose yours because of the whirlpool. When I arrived I was informed that it had been out since june of 2021. That would have been nice to know. You show a beautiful picture of your swimming pool and whirlpool on your website and its not in working order. I consider that false or misleading advertisement. I traveled from Michigan and I was really looking forward to the hot tub. Other than that The people at the front desk were wonderful.

Everything was great other than breakfast. The waffle irons timer did not work and burned two waffles that I tried to make
