This is a staple in our stay at Hannibal. With the coffee shop & restaurant near by the location is awesome! Safe. Quiet. Secluded. Awesome pool & bar. Big patio with scenery. This is a central location. We continue to stay here & have always enjoyed it

The property is a nice property. This is our second stay at this property. The hot tub in the pool area was not working. The pool temperature was ok.The property is a smoke free property however upon checking into our room it smelled of stale smoke. So bad I said something to the front desk as well as went to a local store and bought some air freshener. Front desk was very accommodating always very quick to resolve any questions or concerns. The continental breakfast was amazing. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, its great for a short little staycation out of thr house. This trip, however, left me sad and wanting more. Check in was great, the gentleman behind the counter was kind and the check in process was quick. Upon entering the room (got the in room jacuzzi tub) was spacious and inviting. I noticed the spa tub had damaged and looked to have had some repair work done, although the job was poorly done and it looked ugly, but it was still functional. The tv was another area that was an issue. About half the channels that were listed on the channel guide had volume but no video, out of the remaining working channels, aboit a third were in spanish, thus limited the viewing options. The pool area was clean, the water warm. The spa was full and hot, could have been hotter but i like to roast, lol. The hubby and i were going to sit at the bar for a few drinks, only to find that the bar is closed because the bartender quit a while back. Breakfast was ok, about what you would expect. The gravy was a bit watery and the eggs were cold. But the waffle station was good, and the juice selection was good. The doors to go out at the end og the hotel did not work to let you back in, even with your room key, and it was the same with the pool door. I really hope that they get a new bartender, and fix the tv channels. The staff i encountered were very pleasant and welcoming so that was a huge plus.

Friendly staff, clean, pool was nice, beds were comfortable. However, the hot water for the shower only lasted about 3 minutes.

We appreciated the great service and the cleanliness, also the great breakfast

Clean, comfortable large to room. No problems or complaints.

I had asked to be out close to the check in on a bottom floor and they put me on the bottom but in room 102 which was clear at the end of the hallway. It was a long ways to walk and very inconvenient. I won't stay here again. On the upside the breakfast was good.

I had to change rooms three times , due to items not operating. In fact last room the thermostat didnt work and i froze. didnt even try again to change rooms

The property was everything they advertised. It was clean. It smelled good not like cleaning products or anything. The beds were comfortable. The staff was good. The breakfast was outstanding. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice check in, good location, very quiet. Pool/hot tub room is nice decor. My only complaint being the shower diverter was stuck half open so more went out faucet than shower head.

The outside and inside of the hotel looks really nice. Several restaurants and a couoke gas stations around hotel, locat3d next to the highway its a plus. The bedroom where my son and I stayed, needs an update / upgrade. The bathroom sink faucet is old, and a little rusty, the sink it self has yellow stains, wallpaper its starting to pill off in various parts of the bedroom and bathroom, and the beds were too soft for me. I woke up with back pain from the bed being so soft. We. Hecked in at 10pm amd checked out the following morning at 7am, only interacted woth both front desk ladies who are friendly, contagious, sweet, and with a beautiful smile. They make you feel at ease and welcome right away.

Super clean, well thought out, and the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Only drawback was that I had a hard time communicating with the check-in guy. Other than that, everything was awesome!

Business room was quite nice. The fridge and built-in table are around a corner from the bed, making it easy to work without disturbing the spouse. The room has a nice wide bathroom with enough space to allow easy walking around the bed. The negative... the room is so 20th century; nothing in the room supported USB charging and there were few places to plug in chargers or laptop charging cords. Nice place to visit but don't forget to bring your extension cords and USB wall warts.

We had to have keys reprogrammed every day at least twice. One key would work and one wouldn't. Would have the non-working one fixed and then the other would quit working. The glass lamp table was dirty. Didnt look that it has been cleaned/dusted in a month or more. Floor over by chair and floor lamp had pieces of torn up paper so you could tell it hadn't been vacuumed. The tb/shower had razor cover in drain. The stopper that goes in drain was pulled out and on tub. The icemaker was broke/out of order on our floor. Had to go to other floors to get ice. Remote control was missing back battery cover. No TV channel guide available. Disappointed. For amount paid per night i would have expected more. I advised the front desk worker who asked me to write it down. When we checked in the rooms were not together. I booked 2 rooms at the same time. We were on opposite ends of the floor. Was told they couldn't change to put us side by side. They were not too busy/full based on the few number of vehicles in the parking lot. They also mentioned that the entrance door on the side didn't work so we should park in the back.

I liked that there is a restaurant next to the hotel and that there was a small bar inside the hotel. The bartender was helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and breakfast was very good with many choices. The only thing that we didn’t like much was that the properly is away from the rest of town and out of the way so not exactly convenient. We would stay there again.

An older hotel, however it’s well kept.

Nice big rooms. Great breakfast. This place could up its rating with a little upkeep and upgrades.
