This place is misleading as heck pop up deposits and stipulations not on the site but told verbally

Economy lodging. Clerk was pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Facility is showing age and wear, but is budget priced lodging that does the job.

Front desk is now asking for $50 deposit. They only ask certain customer for deposit. The refrigerator in the room are always dirty. I have to clean myself.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in as a travel nurse upon arriving at 1 AM. I was told that I had to pay a deposit for my pet when the website states pets are free. It has been five days and I still have not received my deposit back I left at seven that same morning I only got six hours of sleep. The room was completely dirty the floor has dirt all over it. There was no shampoo or soap to take a shower with the only thing clean in the hotel room. Was the towels hanging up the pillows were old and lumpy Shredded from use the bed was lumpy and thin. There was no microwave or fridge in this room. The front hotel staff was very rude. It was an Indian guy who told me that if I didn’t like having to pay a deposit for my pet, then I could take my business elsewhere, knowing I had already paid through Hotels.com There was no close there was cars in disarray all over the parking lot and it was stated that if I didn’t leave a piece of paper in my dash that my car would be towed, there was no breakfast in the morning not even a cup of coffee usually I can say something positive about a hotel but not only was this hotel expensive, but it was the worst of the worst. I would not recommend this place to anyone it is very inconvenient and the staff are very rude on top of being very greedy. They have nothing in the hotel rooms to allow you to have a good stay. NEVER AGAIN.. this place should be closed, also, it is very unsafe. The door to my hotel room did not shut comple

I was unimpressed. No fridge, microwave, coffee or toiletries. The check-in desk was unmanned multiple times. Their snow plow blocked me in so I couldn’t leave, making me late to a meeting on Friday morning. I decided I had to leave early on Saturday morning to avoid being made late again and they didn’t refund my Saturday night or my deposit. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Service rep had a sarcastic unprofessional demeanor/ tone while checking in on Christmas day.

They need to do more on cleaning

Dirty, dirty dirty. Loud people staying there. Toilet did not work well. Microwave and Frig was dirty. Rude maintenance people. Bad motel telephone. I did not like my stay.

The room is definitely in need of remodeling. Fixtures all loose including the toilet to the floor so it would wiggle when you were in it. The bedding all had cigarette burns all over it. It was clean though and affordable. My biggest complaint is that while I was on a work call the front desk kept incessantly calling the room till I finally had to put my client on hold and pick it up. It was at this point the receptionist accused me of throwing pillows into the pool area just because they happened to be across from my room. I had to argue that it was in fact not me because I had been in my room the entire time and that if they needed to check they can see all 4 of my pillows are accounted for and still in my room. The receptionist continued to argue because he can see the pillows and they are across from my room, but eventually said that he’d check the cameras to see who did it. (This should have been done before very rudely accusing someone of it).

First impression entering room,bed comforter with a whole of cigarette, even when room is no smoker. Bath tub floor nasty. No coffee or fridge at room.

Housekeeping enter into the room without permission. Elevator NOT in service majority times of my stay. Upon check in sink was dirty Blonde strands of hair folded with "suppose to be towels" Room was difficult to warm up
