Someone called me to my room to threaten me at 2 in the morning and I was with my underage daughters and my wife.

Theres no elevator and I have a srrious medical condition.

When I booked, it said breakfast was included and there was a gym and I get there. And there's no breakfast, no gym. There is no shampoo or conditioner. No tissues and the bed slides when you lean up up against it

Too many drug addicts, no hot water and very noisy

I stayed here for the cost, but that was not as low cost, 2 days cost me $249. There is no elevator here, I stayed on the 2nd floor and had a suitcase. Not helpful. Also, apparently this hotel houses people who need temporary housing and have vouchers from the State. There are a lot of young people and their kids just standing around the place, on the sidewalks, talking very loudly, kids screaming all day long, music blasting at times, not what I wanted at all. I work at night, and got ZERO rest here.

This property was not fit for my dogs. Hundreds of cigarette butts in the mulch. Non-smoking room smells like someone has been smoking in it. I don’t live in New Jersey so it may have just been a bad area. Expect for people to just be hanging out in the parking lot and smoking marijuana. I never give bad reviews! I don’t understand how this place got a rating of good through hotels.com. Avoid this place!

My stay was really good except they need irons in the rooms.

This day was not good my family and I had to stay there for many weeks and we spend a lot of money there's no amenities not even a coffee maker in the room there was a hair in the drain of the shower and I was told the room was cleaned the tub had cigarette Burns in the tub it was mold underneath the bed frame too many homeless people knocking on your door at all hours of the night absolutely no security and the manager there is absolutely no help she disregards anything you tell her my TV I could hardly ever see it cuz I had a black screen I was told by maintenance they would give me another one I was there for 22 days you never got anything no screen in the windows couldn't even open a window bugs flying in between the air conditioners definitely not pleasant I asked to be removed to another room I was denied that but I was reminded every single day of how long I've been there for and then I need to check out by a certain date

Very clean and quiet except the air conditioner was extremely noisy. Quick check in process. Quickest I ever experienced at a hotel. Would stay here again if need be.

Out of many motels that I’ve used in the past this one was easily the best one. Super clean room and nice location.

Overall a decent stay. The staff is well trained and efficient. Minor problems like towels that the motel should get rid of because they are cleaned but stained

We were put on the second floor and there was no elevator. Carrying suitcases up the stairs was pretty hard for us. We are not young anymore. People hanging around outside and loud voices that sounded like arguments inside the hotel.

It is set back far from the road. We had a good sleep in a quiet place.

It was an OK place. I could have stayed at the sister property (extended Stay) across the parking lot for the same price. It is newer.

Always helpful and grounds maintained .

The room stank like smoke and was very dirty especially the bathroom.

The first room we received had a musky smell that was intolerable. When we changed rooms we heard noises coming from the room and thought we got a room with people in it. To our astonishment when we opened the door the ceiling of the room was falling down. If we had walked into that room 5 minutes prior, that ceiling would have collapsed on us. The staff all they did was say you'll get two free nights from your stay (we still have not received the compensation). This place is absolutely horrendous from service to rooms to location. I have paid less at much nicer hotels.

Well, In town for a convention with my daughter, arrived around 7:30 to find a lot of teens roaming around the lobby. Checked in and went to our room to find the same teens on either sides of our room. Get inside to knock and dash twice. My daughter swung their door open to tell them to stop to find around 10 guys in that room all drunk and no one spoke English. Shaking we grabbed out things and went to the desk to complain and request another room. Did not catch a name of the desk person but she was pretty bad ass called up there immediately to tell them to cut it and that doesn’t go on in their hotel! We get settled in our room at the opposite end. I then go down to the lobby to get a drink, same 5 or 6 guys in vending room hanging out, I go back to the desk and say I’ll wait till they leave .. she marched in there and kicks them out and tells them they cannot hang out in there! Wow, didn’t sleep much, had no other options to stay, it was very quiet in the new room and everything worked. But if there are limits per room .. someone should be checking that and monitoring if there are people underage alone with no supervision. This was my daughter and I alone so it was pretty unsettling. I hope the desk clerk will get some kudos for this and you definitely find a way to monitor these types of reservations.
