Great stay and the front desk lady was so awesome. Ive never been checked into a hotel that gast in my life kudos to her

Rooms look nothing like the photos… They messed up our room order… We had to change rooms, sleep separate from my husband, because only a double bed was available. We were told it was a queen. Then, they told us it was two doubles. Then, I went at 10:50 at night we went down to say it was only one double, they said it was miss labeled. I’m exhausted and this was the last thing we need it today.

People in room next door were banging on the wall because our dog barked for few minutes

This motel has been completely remodeled. Extremely clean, well lit and conveniently located close to lots of eating places.

Although I had booked and paid the room online, the receptionist required a $50 deposit, which would be refunded after I checked out (I was told this was their “policy” and refund wouldn’t be given until the room had been checked by motel staff after I left). There was a shortage of electrical outlets in the room, so I had to unplug the microwave to get an outlet for my laptop. 6 hours after leaving the motel, they have still haven’t refunded the deposit. I called 5 hours ago (well after they check the rooms people have checked out of) to inquire about my deposit since I hadn’t received any word on it and left my email for them to send the refund receipt. I still haven’t received any feedback/email from them.

Hotel is located conveniently by the highway. There are numerous dining choices from fast food to sit down. Checkin was very smooth and quick. It has a nice pool and wading pool for children. Attractive roses on property are well maintained. Room was small and clean. I would call this a typical Motel 6 accommodation. Very reasonable in price.

I like the way the room is set up. We tried to get two extra pillows because the pillows that were on the bed was as if there wasnt anything there. The shower was pretty neat for a standup shower but it was very hard to take a shower in there the way its set up. You had to stand on the wall and still had to stand on your tiptoes so the water wasnt hitting you in the face. The house keeper was the only person that we had to deal with that was very pleasant to deal with. The person at the front desk was extremely rude. For the price of the room the customer service was really bad i will not stay here again.

The door wasn't sealed, the locks on the door was very loose, bathroom door wouldn't shut and had to hold with foot to be able to use the bathroom. Came in from work and they just laid the towles on the bed. Sheets not changed, floor not cleaned. Left early , Saturday night, went in room to get stuff and the room smelt like POT. Thought these rooms were NON SMOKING

Dead bugs on desk when i got there, bathroom floor was dirty. Mattress over hangs base so badly when i sat on the bed the Mattress bent and i fell off, and hit the ground hard. Back is still sore. Second day when i returned to the room, they never made the bed. Very disappointing experience for 99. Per night

We asked for non-smoking room, when we walked to the room, whole room smelled like cigarettes…. Too pricey for one night, especially with that smell, noise, and outside lights coming straight to your bedroom.

The bathroom shower fixture had a leak that shot water onto the wall. This caused water to go down onto the floor. There was water under the floor that moved when you walked on it. Visible water damage on the walls too. It smelled like smoke and there were holes in the walls from old outlets that were never covered up after they were moved. I would not stay here again or recommend it to someone else.

The front desk clerk and the housekeeping girl, Sara, were very nice and helpful, and did try. If I were rating solely on their performance I would give 5 stars, however, the rooms are the tiniest motel 6 rooms I've ever seen. And add your pets to the mix and you're tripping to walk because there's no floor space! Also, there's no counter space or a place to sit things down at, other than a 1 foot wide bedside table that's not flat, it's tipped towards the wall so you can't even sit a cup on it, it would side to the back and spill, bare electrical wires from the wall were exposed by a hole in the drywall by the headboard of the bed and OMG the beds... THE BEDS ARE MISERABLE!!! Just like sleeping on a plank of wood. And there's literally no more than 18" between the two beds. Did I mention the beds are MISERABLE? OMG I woke up all night long from the burning pain in my back, tossing and turning and the other bed tipped to one side, because apparently sleeping on a plank wasn't bad enough. The towels looked okay but the wash cloths were dingy and stained up with dark spots and disgusting. I asked to swap one out and got one that looked even worse. So we went to the front desk to get some and they told us they didn't have anymore clean towels! Then promptly at 330am the trash truck came and started slamming the metal gates around the garbage bin open and slamming the garbage can into the truck and back into the ground. Noise all night long from tweakers who were up meandering

Not very sound proof, could hear both sides conversations

When arriving there was drywall dust or something all over sink in bathroom. Then when trying to take a shower a stream of water was shooting out the pipe and hitting the fan that comes on when turning on the light. So not safe and was refused my money back

It was satisfactory for the price although I did not get the discount I was promised

We had a great time and they were okay with my dogs i would differently stay here again

Nice employees and clean

Ok place to stay in a pinch , you could hear everyone thru the walls. No elevator so plan on carrying all your thing up stairs. Staff was very pleasant check in and check were both very easy!
