horrible, front desk wasn't friendly at all and their AC is out for the whole building. they shouldn't be in service at all

I doubt I will stay at a motel 6 again. I realize this is a budget motel with little amenities. I would have been ok with that. What I was not ok with was the thermostat that wouldn't control the heater. The first leg of my tripI had a heater that wouldn't turn off....ever. the room got so uncomfortably hot. The front desk solution was to give me a box fan. The second leg of my trip (at the same hotel but a few days later) the heater at least was able to be turned off but would not regulate. It was either on or off, no middle. I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it on and off if I got too hot or cold. The beds were very uncomfortable as I could feel the springs poking me on both beds. One of them was concaved from too many guests sleeping on it so everytime I turned over I'd fall into the hole. Housekeeping does not do a very thorough job. There was hair everywhere in noth rooms. One room had black hair in the bed (I'm blonde so pretty sure it wasn't mine). There was hair in the bathroom sink and on the bathroom door. I will say that the staff was very friendly. Everyone i encountered was nice and pleasant to deal with. My issue lies in the property condition and upkeep.

My stay was very nice. I will come back in the future. Staff were especially welcoming, professional and Great. Thank you all. Big Kudos to you all.

Enid who was at the front desk is awesome. Very attentive and friendly.

Cigarette and marijuana smoke everywhere at motel. I asked for a room with no smoke smell and from the moment I arrived until I checked out the next morning my room was full of the smell of smoke from nearby rooms and people smoking outside. Thin blanket on bed with nothing else provided, bizarre woman checked me in full of stories from her personal life. Loud neighbors. Worst experience ever.

Was just ok

The front desk clerk Enid was great. The problem was the room. It was very cold even when the heater is at its highest because of the draft coming in from the door. I was with my 90 year old mother and sister. My mother was so cold we had to go home. We booked a room there because we have no water because our pipes were frozen from the storm.

It was very good for the rate we paid. The room was small, but very clean. The water pressure in the shower and sink were very good as well.
