Desk clerk was rude. No smoke detector in room. Room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. Gang members hanging out in the parking lot. We ended up forfeiting our room to stay somewhere else.

Kind of a dump…but the price was good.

The refusal of refund was due to me staying at the room. I arrived at 1 or 2 a.m. I slept in my vehicle and used the rooms bathroom which water pipes erupted within. I did not enjoy my purchase. $100 for a night at this establishment is not fair nor logical.

Poorly managed. Faculty is very dirty. Does NOT reflect the pictures on Expedia.

This property is listed as being non-smoking, but be warned! It is not actually non-smoking. Every room smells like cigarette smoke or weed, or a combination. The area around the hotel (parking lot, walkways, etc. was littered with trash and cigarette butts. The pool has clearly not been cleaned in months. The only upside is that the staff were friendly and willingly gave us a refund.

Unsafe, dirty, messed up, bad staff, don’t stay here unless you’re looking for cheapest option and don’t care to “pay the price”.

This is an old property, major overhaul needed. 3 channrls othercthan 7 or so sports. Phone didn’t work. Wouldn't stay here again

Rude front desk. Dirty room ROACHES!!! Dirt and unknown substances on ground. Dust everywhere

The place was filthy run down and everywhere around the outside of the property there's trash things broken and locks on doors didn't work no smoke alarms it was awful

This property is a piece of poop. My room was terrible.

It was so terrible we didn’t feel safe to even stay we packed our things and left immediately and we had to pay for another hotel because it was so disgusting not safe for kids at all

This place was a dump! There were drug users, homeless people, people yelling at each other, banging and thumping around late at night. Bugs in the room, trash outside the rooms. Gross!

Room was dirty! It had a ball of hair under ac. 1 towel for 3 people. I had requested more and front staff said they will take them to my room. Night time came and I called and front staff wanted to charge me an extra person and was yelling at me. Didn’t gave me towels. Bedding sheets were old, dirty and with holes. Restroom door didn’t lock. Restroom was dirty with a lot of hair. Something bit us while we were sleeping.

So disgusting we couldn't even stay. And lost my money. People doing drugs in the parking lot. Garbage everywhere. Tagging in the room. Dirty.

People played music all night and would not stop, people working on cars in the parking lot. Overall felt unsafe.

Room was supposed to be smoke free, but had tell-tale signs of smokers. Burn holes on furniture and bed. Graffiti on furniture, mirrors and bathroom. Wanted to check in a little over an hour early and was told there was a per-hour fee for that!

This is literally the worst place i have ever stayed. Trash on the ground in my room, sheets were not cleaned, door wouldnt even open when i checked in. Front desk person was never at the front desk, had to wait 30 minutes to check in, got my key, went to my room and the door wouldnt open, go back wait another 30 minutes for him to go and open the door. Moldy bathroom, just plain nasty. If youre looking for hookers or tweak then this is the place for you.

Dog poops Infront of building, staff actually just focus on making money, the room stinks, entire bathroom is moist, the air in bathroom is not working, the staff members treat customers very poorly, When I realized that the place was very dirty, I asked for my money, the young Indian guy told me, I’m sorry, I can’t do that, you will not get your money back, I can’t. I was shocked and confused. A customer lives there, her pit - bull runs around freely, it poops all Infront of doors. The room smells very bad. Oh Lord knows, I think those Indians bribes heavily to keep that place going. The dumpster is full, it stinks everywhere, homeless people are all in the trash, you get worried about your security.

Place stank of smoke and all they offer is to spray thick ooze of deodorant to cover it. They bang on the door at night asking who put you in this room and asking for identification. At the point of requesting you to get out of bed and move to another room. The area is horrific. We were meant to stay two nights. After first night of no sleep and staying in terror we found another place even though we had pre-paid. They never asked why we were leaving. This place should not offer stay for general public and we please with Hotel dot com to remove their listing them from their website

A lot of the rooms u walk past the doors don’t have door knobs , the curtains are ripped , ppl hanging out in the parking lot casually with ski masks listening to music. Very ghetto , 2 starts?👎 1 , given you have a roof over your head . Don’t leave anything valuable in your car.

Disgusting. Condemn the property and turn it into a parking lot.

A unique mixture of dirty, unsafe and vary neusy, specially at night.With public transportation, almost unreachable.With a car very convenient just next to the highway.

Prostitution in the rooms. All night parties in the parking lot almost every night.

Upon my arrival, the receptionist told me there was no reservation under my name, then he changed his mind and said he couldn’t find it because I was late (it was 9pm and the booking said there is a 24hr reception for checking in). The room: Absolutely disgusting. Room was very dirty plus my reservation was for a non smoking room, the room had a stench of cigarettes, dirty bath and floor, broken vent. I complained and was given a second room which was clean to an acceptable level compared to the previous one, but with the same smell… the receptionist tried putting some air freshener in the ac but did not help. I can say I was afraid to sleep as there were noises all night including loud music from cars - I was a solo female traveller

Staff and security was rude. The rooms are dirty towels dirty. I didn’t feel safe. People hung out outside all hours of the night.

This was the most disgusting place i ever seen it was filthy sooo dirty the staff was very rude . They don’t care about customers what so ever . The door lock was broken sheets were so dirty it felt like we were in a horror movie . The whole building was smelling like canabis (weed) we didn’t even stay for 20 minutes we just left this place i have no idea how health dependent allows this place to be apportioning. I would not stay here even if i was offered money .

The photos are NOT of this property and homeless people are everywhere. The room was dirty and filled with cracks. Everything was broken and drug addicts where actively doing drugs. Gun shots and sirens all night long too.

Iit was noisy all night I even call the front desk to check the next door room on the upper floor. But nothing changed until in the morning. It was terrible 😞 and they they did not even provide enough towel for two persons

It's not a bad place to stay but they do need to work on is the air conditioning

Great location to go to six flags. Lots wrong with hotel! Pool advertised but chained up and dirty. Found someones hairs on my pillow. Didnt get enough bathtowels. Had to have them come and snack the toliet TWICE! No fridge. Tv remote didnt work and when fixed, tcv had horrible blue tint. Loud fight outside at 4 am!
