The front desk guy was nice and very professional. The bed bugs were not nice and we left after an hour!

Our reservation was not available for the hotel. It had not been transferred or something from Expedia. Also, there was no refrigerator in our room, even though there was a spot for one. Also, the "continental breakfast" was a breakfast in a bag, which didn't include anything hot or any liquid other than water. The wifi provided didn't work either. Many of the expected amenities were absent. We appreciated the front desk staff. The rest of the hotel experience wasn't even up to a two-star hotel.

This property needs a remodel. Dirty hall ways and room. Bed bugs all over the hotel. Talk to hotel manager and he did not car about the bed bugs or dirty rooms. Don't ever stat there again.

You get what you pay for. We stayed here for a quick overnight trip so we didnt have to drive through the night. It was about $50. Receptionists were pretty good. Somewhat nice. Floors creaked. Bed and pillows werent the most comfortable. Shower was tiny. Bathroom window was cracked. Bed was also creaky. TV was tiny and you had to punch tv channels instead of channel up or down. No elevator either. But I believe it was only two floors.

Room was clean, but somewhat small.

My stay here was annoying, I should have read the reviews but I was in a rush and just needed somewhere to stay. There were bugs everywhere, blood on the sheets, stains on the curtains, hair on the wall/doors/shower/toilet. The water smelled like urine and the hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes. I didn’t even stay for the duration of my booking and would like a refund.

I always stay in this hotel because the staff is very nice and friendly. And they DON'T care about the color of your skin. Rooms are always clean and tidy.

They allowed my service dog which was great but dodnt allow my cats thankfully i habe famoly here

Umh if you like to gamble your money and your sleep this is your spot. Casino connected to Hotel and you can hear people stopping down the gall all right and every other noise. Walls and door are thin and allow no neighbors TV noise to come through. If I would have known a casino was connected and an adult toy store was next door I would have made other arrangements. The hotel cost was cheap so definitely get some strange people hanging around outside, casino and lobby.

Dirty, blood on sheets, bug in bed, noisiest motel I've ever been in. Breakfast was delivered in a sack. How Sleazy! I have stayed for years on a weekly basis at the ABVI in Rapid City, South Dakota and it would run rings around this dump. Their breakfast was, Biscuits and gravy, waffles, eggs, toast, hot coffee, tea, juice. This dump just delivered breakfast in a paper bag. I've stayed in motels for 42 years while engaged in my vocation and never experienced such poor accommodations.

Everything was good until about four hours into my stay then these bugs started crawling everywhere and they were cockroaches. Soon my room was just covered in them and I had to get out of there it was disgusting. I am fighting to get a refund back. Never in my life have I ever experienced that

We found bugs in our room. There was also leftover food still left in the microwave never cleaned.

Smelled really bad in hallways

Hallways are dirty, carpets need to be clean no breakfast as advertise,sketchy people loitering around. Room was just ok.

walked into our room and it was outdated and unclean. Carpet was so dirty. I have never seen anything so dirty in a hotel. The room had a horrible smell to it. The shower took 10 minutes to reach hot. We only had 1 pillow to our beds and that was the size of a throw pillow. The pillow case was so big on it. There was a huge cricket or something on the wall. Even though we stayed only 1 night, I would never recommend this to anyone.

This was relatively cheap ($98) for a Saturday night but pretty dumpy and a bit smelly. I wouldn't stay here again. If i added another$50 to the expenditure, i suspect it might have found cleaner, more comfortable accommodations.

Tv had no remote

We didn’t even check in, the property was so undesirable. Transients hanging around, an adult store next door. We couldn’t even find the front desk door. The back portion of the building was boarded up. Very unsafe feeling.

Just a little run down and dated.

Key card wouldn't work on some exterior doors to get into the building. Desk attendant told me :Yeah, that happens sometimes. Did you try all of the doors?" Would sure be nice to enter the door closest to my room. Entire motel smelled of smoke and must, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Bathroom light didn't work. Door trim that holds safety lock was missing. I will not be staying at this motel again.

This hotel is average. It’s pretty small and outdated but the price was fair and the front desk service was friendly and accommodating, they even handed out a bag of goodies for breakfast. It suited my needs for a one night stay after a Huskers game..

One of the worst hotels ever stayed at whole room smelled of ani al urine. Couldnt even us the blankets, lights for bathroom didnt work, bath sink over flowed and gad grimy stuff in it when arrived, lights shinning threw the window all night.

I booked based on price, so was not going in with expectations beyond polite staff and a clean/safe room. The staff were very nice and the check-in process was quick and easy. The walls/ceiling of the room were very thin - a family was staying above the room and you could hear a baby crying and another child running around quite clearly (not problematic as we were on vacation, but if someone is a light sleeper or working, just something to bear in mind). We had to ask to switch rooms halfway through as my partner received a spider bite in the night (and later saw the little critter zip behind a nightstand). The staff were very accommodating in switching us to another room (although the 2nd room had a smell of mold - possibly from the carpet where it met the bathroom tile). The first room didn't have convenient outlets for charging, although the 2nd room did. Hopefully most of these issues will be taken care of with carpet cleaning and a visit from an exterminator.

This was the cheapest hotel in town I could find, so I didn't expect much. But the room smelled quite badly, had a hole in the drywall, one of the towels was completely threadbare. Breakfast was a paper bag with banana, apple, granola bar, and a honey bun.

I was not able to check in. Terrible staff and customer service

No pool no restaurant and a brown bag for bfast. Crappy towels thin dirty sheets. No plugs for electronics.
