It was ok, but could not get extra towels as housekeeping left for day. Room was warm, A/C did not seem to work. Coffee in morning weak and lukewarm

This hotel did not honor my reservation with hotel.com and then charged an extra $50 as a “security deposit” for a total of about be out $160, twice the amount if they had honored my reservation. At this price, this particular hotel is not worth it. Since we arrived late and had a wrestling tournament early the next morning, we didn’t have time to shop around. We literally just slept and showered there. Our room did have hot water and air conditioning. It looks like there was an attempt to remodel. There was internet. Things you should know, this is an older hotel therefore the rooms are very small, as are the beds. So is the shower…a family 4 would be hard pressed to fit, the whole room was mini sized. It appears that the hotel was remodeled. The beds were hard, the (2) pillows are flat and the sheets are thin. In each room, there is only 2 towels, hand towels and wash cloths. At night, the rooms seemed fairly clean. But in the morning light, there were stains on the wall and doors. FYI- the pool isn’t maintained and a bit of an eye sore. The tv was old and didn’t have cable. There are no “extras,” one might expect for the price.

Was disappointed, got room with beds & a bathroom. No frig, a/c, microwave & a hand towel & bath towel. Called front desk to complain & was told that I didn't ask for them. Finally was move to a different room but a/c didn't work.

The room was stifling hot and the front desk staff refused to accomodate a room change, even though the room was uninhabitable. Apparently the in room thermostats do absolutely nothing and temperature is controlled by management. It was a miserable experience and we will not be back.

My biggest problem with this hotel was the fact that the a/c did not work and the room was 75 or so. When we got to the hotel people had their doors opened to cool the room down. There were no odors in the room The shower had next to nothing for water pressure.

Not hot water to shower, night bed lights didn't work, air condition didn't work replaced with a fan, refrigerator didn't work but was replaced. Staff were good with their work just the room sucked

I love Motel 6 chain, however this one left me bot liking it. It was non snoning on swcond floor. However due ro bo ac you had to open the window to cool the room. Which made it feel unsafe. The smokers' on the balcony, their smoke would then enter the room. Additionally, there was bo microwave or fridge in my room but walking past thw smokers room on the fiest floor had them. The employees were super nice amd the rooms were clean which was a plus.

It was fun
