The bed sagged really bad. The sink sprayed all over. The floor was dirty. Took forever to check in. I paid ahead of time but the clerk took forever to verify it. Never stay there again

Everything was okay, until I had to go into the other room to retrieve a towel (I was in the shower). The towel rack by the shower had no towels. On my return trip is when I slipped and hit my head on the toilet and ended up in the ER. Scan showed no fracture. See my primary today for evaluation.

The staff were very accommodating in spite of them appearing to be short on staff. My room was clean and comfortable.

bed was lumpy, linen not the cleanest. each day had to get key card reprogrammed

just a regular stay at a motel 6 nothing special. one complaint tho, the shower was disgusting so we just didn’t shower that night which was not optimal.

The bedsheet felt like not changed, with hair & crumps on it. The floor was not clean either. But the staff was really nice and helpful.

Got the room with microwave and refrigerator. Room was quiet, no riff raff outside. No maid service to clean the rooms, don't know if they didn't have it or you had to call to get it. The refrigerator and microwave worked, could use some maintenance. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Phone to motel unable to get any live person to question where freeway turnoff was or to confirm reservation. Parking good.

Clogged up sink, No room service, notified them, there was no care. Short Shower curtain water spills all over the floor. Flat pillows.

Seems the more I stay, the worse this place seems. Room and beds were clean. But bathroom had sections off walls near shower warping, peeling edges. Like there was water damage. Walls there were dirty. Showers were not as clean as could be.

Convenient access off Interstate 5. Friendly staff. The entry door was so old that it seemed to have shrunk as it no longer hung well and outside light could be seen around the sides, top and bottom. The mattresses on the beds were so old that they sagged. The cleanliness left much to be desired especially the bathroom. Also, walls were deteriorating around the baseboards in the bathroom. The shower curtain was so flimsy that it came off the hooks that obviously were not well designed.

Bugs everywhere, dude at the counter wears a knife around his neck, door looked like it had been kicked in, bed up against the ac, crawlspace in the bathroom, light in the shower didn't work, not even a bathtub, just a stand-up shower, the rubber trim around the outside bottom if the shower wasn't attached, shower was dirty before we ever got in, half of the channels didn't work, my kids wouldn't even sleep there no matter how hard I tried convincing them. We ended up leaving, told we would get a refund, got the refund then checked this morning and they took the money back again so I didn't get a refund. There was also a weird lady carrying a tazer that wanted my kids to say hi to her dog. Fire fighters showed up to be on call and they were given a room with trash still in the trash can and beds not made. Worst hotel experience in my life. Will NOT be staying at Motel 6 ever again, I'd rather sleep in my car

Nice the shower neede to be fixed would be nice to have refrigator in room and microwave.

they double booked on rooms and even though i had reservations through Expidia App. i was turned away due to first come first serve

The check in experience was fine but when we got to our room, the floor was filthy, the walls were dirty and I was afraid to sit on the bed. I sat in the chair and started to feel itchy. The part of town we were in seemed very unsafe. We didn't even unload our bags. We left and found much better accommodations elsewhere.

Rye 5 is loud

the room had no microwave or refrigerator.. the tv wouldnt work, and the wifi was garbage... there were guests on the property that were noisy and playing loud music until after 1am ... people parking in the parking lot that werent staying in a room..

The door was damaged and limited locking capability. The bed was very old with springs like a bad sofa bed. The staff was very courteous and pleasant.

Quick access to I-5 corridors. Asked for preferred downstairs room & immediately given one! The swimming pool was a great addition to a very hot summer overnight stay!

No room was available upon arrival.

We were not able to checkin as they overbooked the hotel.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke… :(

The bathroom was filthy. Dirt on the floor of the shower and the soap dish. The shower curtain was hanging by one hook, so we could not close it to actually take a shower. There was dirt in the sink
