Stay here for the price and the service both positives. However drug addicts walking up and down property and 50 percent of the time law enforcement there in full force. Serving warrants etc

Everything was fine except that every day in my stay need to go to the front desk because the card key do not open my room door and a lot of noise from the other guest all night long they do not let me sleep well

Hotel policy required an additional fee for early check in but front desk clerk waived it for an on the spot good review. Area was noisy (traffic/other customers) we asked for a room away from noise as much as possible too. Floor was dirty & we had to wear socks the entire time which became visibly dirty. Beds were well made with fluffy pillows & room otherwise clean, microwave turntable was broken, thin bedsheet like blankets. One bed was up against a dirty wall & the other directly touched the floor ac beneath the window. The door didnt seal properly, we could see light through it & it made any noise outside sound like it was inside our room. We did get close parking & a downstairs room for accessibility as requested, although im disappointed i didnt get one with a bathtub. The room was on the small side but functional/served its purpose. Parking lot was decently lit at night but could use more lighting due to questionable individuals in the location (worse at night). All in all, I'd choose a different hotel if it's a family trip, but if you're traveling on business & looking for something perfunctory-than this hotel can save you a few bucks. Also, beware of hidden charges-it's not worth the extra fee to have a fridge/microwave-every room is the same size & take out is down the street-go for a short drive. Lastly, the ice machines were both broken & staff looked like it was a regular/normal occurrence-so maybe stay somewhere with working ice machines during hot days.

Nice Well taken care of rooms

no hair dryer on the room and my property in the car got stolen also housekeeping came in the room before checkout when i was changing my clothes to get ready to head out. and told me i had to leave that it was check out time but it was 18 min till the time for checkout ... very horrible experience to stay in the place maybe just the bed was comfortable

Clean. Small. People staying around us were literally up all night. Going between doors, banging. Yelling at one another. cars screeching in and out. Called from desk at 3:30 with concern over safety. I was told it was an “active” hotel. He showed no concern and seemed bothered to have someone do a walk about. Not able to get sleep! Horrible!

We were switched to 2 different rooms. The cable didnt work in one and the hot water didnt work in the other one. So we had luke warm showers. And when i told the front they said ive never had a complaint so they dont know.
