Ice machines did not work. Room was dusty Mattresses are worn-out

The room was extremely dirty. Roaches on the floor, paint on floor, not swept. Shower floor nasty and stained. Had to stand on towel in shower. Outlets on nightstand did not work. Sink sprayed water at you when turned on.

The people working here are amazing but the amenities were not functioning. No ice was closed. Door to my room did not shut fully at the top and the bottom just at one or the other handicap accessible shower. Had the shower installed out of reach facilities were dirty, no rails near the handicap accessible toilet for transferring. And the non-smoking room had an ashtray upon ride and cigarette burns on the comforter

I left the next morning. I will leave it at that!

I stayed upstairs but on getting in I went to use the toilet behold it was filled with farces and not flushed and that was the first time of experiencing such .I called the lady attendant downstairs so she came in and saw it herself before calling someone (a man) to fix it up .

Friendly staff at check in.

The arrival was great the staff was friendly. We did request a room with 1 queens size bed and ended up having to get 2 doubles due to the overbooking. Once we got into our rooms, the bed covers on both beds had burn holes in them, mind you we were in a non-smoking room. The beds were extremely hard. I originally booked another hotel in town, but apparently there was a water main break so my original reservations was cancelled and this was the only thing that I could find. I will only stay here again as a last resort.

For the price, you get what you get. Motel 6 used to be a nice place to stay and this one was renovating. There is only one way to get to motel and the entrance road needed to be fixed. The room smelled of cigarettes and every time you opened the bathroom door, the smell was stronger and I had a baby and family with me. After we got home ended up washing all our clothes and extra blankets and pillows we brought with us. Reserved a deluxe room with a fridge and microwave but didn’t have one. Don’t think we will be staying there again.

We had to get a refund. Room bedding was dirty and smelled awful. The smoke smell was so bad.

The water was running for ever in the bathroom/toilet and it was so noisy and we could not sleep. The shower water flow was terrible and no hot water.

The room I was assigned the bed was broken, there was hair in the shower floor, towels and they wouldn’t move me to a different room.

I extremely dirty trash boxes and mattresses outside around the building. Customer service was on drugs and using foul language, I chose not to stay and ask for a refund. He said he would credit it and to call this company. I’m having a problem finding the number. But they really need to come off your list of properties. Truly, it was really not safe For anyone

When we got there, the office person was not a people person. He told me I could not pay as Hotels.com told me I could. The room had a smell like someone had been smoking in it. We learned that they had full maid service only every 3 days. Towel exchange and waste basket dumping only. I had to go find the bath items when we got back. The water pressure was too high. No microwave or mini refrigerator. This is absolutely our last time to use this motel 6.

I didn't like anything about it. The room was filthy. I spent over $100 in cleaning and pest control supplies to clean it and eliminate the roach problem. The roaches never went away and the room's odor reappeared daily. The refrigerator worked poorly as did the microwave, which were also disgusting. There are smokers in adjacent rooms who smoke several times a day. That cigarette smoke permeated the room and got on all of my clothes, food, dishes and utensils. The owner of the property should not be allowed to remain in the hospitality business.

The check in process was great the room was nice but after we went to bed the german cockroaches came out everywhere in the bathroom, headboards, walls and trash cans but my niece stayed in the room next door and she did not see any

The Tv remote did not work.

My room smelled like smoke and the sheets had a stain on it

Room turned out to be a smoking room which I did not request. Unfortunately no non smoking rooms were available so we relocated to another hotel. Staff was nice and said they would refund my payment.

It was horrible, we got up the morning of 12/3 to get ready to go to a family member's funeral and there was no water. I called the front desk, the rude clerk told me nobody had water, a water pipe broke during the night. I asked what are we supposed to do about a shower. She said, well, i can give you a $10.00 refund and you can check out. Well, why would i do that. I had no where else to go, since i was from out of town. The water finally came back on, but she didn't have to be so rude about it all. I'd reconsider who i hire if they can't be a little bit more compassionate towards their guests. It will cost a lot of lost business, and i don't think you all can really afford that!!!

Service was not good at all. The front desk representative was not friendly nor made us felt welcome. She gave us a feeling that we had interrupted her night. We reserved two rooms and one room did not have a microwave or fridge, which was what I had reserved, so asking the representative to make the changes was very uncomfortable. There were roaches in both rooms and we woke up to loud noises, which was due to construction or repairs being made above our rooms. Because of the construction the rooms was filled with fiberglass that was tracked into the rooms. Overall it was not the best stay at this location.

HORRIBLE!! Dirty, Nasty Rooms & Extremely rude staff! Went to check in & the clerk ignored me. She sar there in her cell phone watching movies as I waited on her. She was rude and acted like I was bothering her, I just wanted to check in. When I got to my non smoking room, it was smoked in. As soon as you open the door, you can smell the smoke. Tons of flies, roaches and nats in the bedroom & bathroom. Sheets, toilet, bath are dirty. I tired to make the best of it, but I couldn't do it. I just left and went across the street to a different hotel. Read the owners responses. He's had the same complaints the past year and will say they are working on the issues. I don't think so. Every issue that I saw on here is what I experienced. STAY Away from this place. I'll be contacting corporate Monday to complain and see about a refund! Disgusting!
