Bad experience

Pretty pricey for what you get. Coffe only in the lobby in am. Have to request a hair dryer - if theyre not all being used. Tiny, thin bath towels. No tissues. Reasonably clean. Only two pillows on the queen bed for two.

Was a good spot.. Just had people next door being loud. Must stay there permanently.

Rooms were being remodeled so there was hammering and construction noise that was disturbing. and lots of construction debris stacked up on one side of the building.

Finally back home to fiancé and dog after 7 months away while father undergoing chemo treatments. Arrived after 11pm after an hour and a half Uber ride from airport. I pulled something on hand bringing bags in. Being sure to take ring off finger, I waited patiently while clerk checked in the guests in front of me. Immediately, I noticed the clerk being rude with customers and impatient with computer. A man came out to help at desk and she snapped at him telling him to leave instead of letting me check in while I watched my finger swell up. Ten-fifteen minutes later I am checked in, again clerk rude for no reason. Next morning, I burned my other hand on coffee and dropped cup on floor and used a towel to wipe up. Called hotel three times about $50 deposit and finally was able to talk to someone. Told my $50 deposit was kept for towels. Sprained finger, burnt hand, the service double thumbs down!

Nothing bad to say about hotel except the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and rooms were very tiny for the double bed room.

Staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful. Room was clean ( shower was great).

Surprisingly clean and nice. Basic but with a pool.

Rudest people of any hotel desk ive ever been to. I could look past the undesirables hanging around the parking lot and stairs if the employees weren't so awful.

Lots of noise, music playing loudly into the late hours. Garbage, cigarette butts everywhere. Room was ok however quality sleep is elusive at best.

Great staff, nice room, up dated interior, A/C and heat worked well.

Property under consetuction, No pool as advertised. Broken coffee station in lobby. Stayed 2 nights and received no turn down service. I had to walk on dirty floors and use the same towels from the daybefore. Reported it to the front desk only to be told, come to the office for clean towels. Not a good Hospitality impression to be told to retrieve clean towels at10pm. Owners are nice. However unaware of how staff is takingcare of guests.

Was a quick stay to just decompress. In a nice area, can tell its older hotel with some renovations.

Low rates but doesn’t attract the best of crowds

When I got to my room after checking in. I noticed that there always dog hair all over the floor so I call the front desk to have them come vacuum the room. Instead of vacuuming the room like I had asked, the hotel housekeeper came with a version of a reusable swiffer. He got the floor wet & began to try to clean the floor yet didn't even notice that a he was doing was spreading the dog hair to the floor & not actually removing it. I had to grab it from him & showed him how to use it if that is what he was going to use to push it all to the door & out of the room. They really need to learn to vacuum the floor before using the swiffer setup to clean the floor as when clean that is first before using the swiffer if it is a reusable pad & not a actual true swiffer.

Pictures on line did not look like this Motel 6. The doors to enter the rooms from outside were dirty and dented. We reserved a king size bed and we arrived was told we would have 2 full size beds due to having a dog. Front staff was very rude and said it would be up to us to try and get the difference of room cost back There was no way we were staying here. Not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from Individuals were hanging outside the doors and walking around the parking lot. I would stay clear of this motel especially if you have children.

There was something peculiar about the shower. After about 10 minutes the water cooled and then fell to a trickle. I stepped out of the shower and because I cut short my stay and left the next morningThere was also a good bit of commotion around 1030 PM my first night. There was only coffee. I guess I thought there would be some type of breakfast. There was also only regular coffee. No Decaf. This neighborhood has a bad reputation something that I learned from a sheriffs deputy. I will NEVER use this motel chain again. Anywhere

This motel 6 is one of the best that we have stayed in. Very clean! Both corners of the parking lot have gray areas for your dogs with bags and trash cans to keep everything clean. Definitely will be back.

Staff was very nice. Loved they are dog friendly and have pet areas.

We rented two rooms; after checking in, we found one room dirty, with dirty linens piled on the beds. Front desk tried to move only one room; placing us far apart. My spouse got them to give us two new rooms together, as we originally requested. It took almost 2 hours to get checked into two clean rooms beside one another. The pool is only open until dusk? That was a huge inconvenience for our teenagers. Front desk said the beach was a mile up the road. However, they lock their outdoor shower with the pool at dusk and there’s no way to rinse the sand off your feet. I won’t be staying at this location again

The room we got was not the room in the pictures online, pillows were old & small, construction all over the property and worker working on Sunday morning right outside our room window. $50 deposit which was never stated in reservation, no room to walk beside beds. Laundry room out of order, ice machine out of order. Very small rooms.

All was wonderful

the hotel and the staff were friendly and attentive..lots of cameras.pool great..but there were several unsavory characters around so the children had to stay in the room

No chairs in room loud ac unit, shower Luke warm, construction noise, refrigerator wobbly door warped and did seal correctly and let light through. No tv info. Beds to close together, toilet and bathroom fan noise.

Two broken dryers could not dry my clothes after I wash them

It was a bit more run down than I would’ve liked. The shower was a round contraption that was peeling at the bottom.

I I didn’t stay. The room wasn’t ready when I checked in and waited the requested 25 minutes before going to the room. It still wasn’t ready and smelled so badly that I just couldn’t stay there. I had paid at time of booking and hope for a refund as the product was not up to even a reasonable standard for an Economy Motrl;

We need a refund

It was cleaned and entire room was in good working order
