It was very close to shopping and eating I will be back in Jan and will be at ur location again

The staff was really kind and the room was clean, the best we could have, but the noise from the street and the other rooms was really loud.

Better stay this time around for sure

We have been going there for over 15 years, price, dog friendly for dog shows in Pueblo, safe.

Very dirty. We had a premium room with a kitchenette. The top of fridge was filthy and it was pulled out like housekeeping was going to clean but forgot. There were lots of cockroaches around fridge bottom. Squashed several crawling on the walls. If we weren't utterly exhausted we would have changed hotels. Literally roaches everywhere and not the kind you're thinking being in Colorado.

There was no hot water. And heater didnt work

not so good because it was too smelly for non-smoker like us. Everything else was ok except smelly of smoking.

Staff was welcoming. TV connections were broken. AC did not work. Door had to be pushed and held in place for it to completely close.

I’m sick my mother and grand mother too there was a bed bugs in everywhere we have severe bites in our bodies 😡 the worst part is the staff said they can’t move us to another room and not money going to be refunded that’s was an terrible experience

The first night was no sleep. At about 10 until after 2am it was like trying to sleep in Grand Central station.

The front desk person was great! As helpful as she could be..she did move us to a second room The first room was on second floor. The bathroom wasn't clean...bad smell Felt unsafe..didnt want to leave anything in the car. Ended up not staying...didn't feel comfortable in room. Decided to just drive back to Fort Collins that night

A/C not working and very dirty

The front desk staff was great. No manager avail to assist with rooms. Dirty rooms. We had to wait for 2 hours and manager was arguing with customers when she finally showed up. We had to reclesn our owm room again Bed bugs n dirty.

No air conditioner in 102 degree room. Roaches. Room smelled like dog piss. Dirty sheets. Filthy bathroom. DISGUSTING!!!!

Staff is very judgmental

First of all when we got there our rooms weren't clean so we had to wait at least a 45 minutes for the rooms to get clean then when we went in the room the floors are still dirty the covers look like they weren't washed the walls were yellow and the air conditioner didn't work there was roaches the ceilings were cracked by the heater vents there was holes in the bathroom walls the people there were allowed the pool had a water hose and it's filling it up we were there 24 hours in the pool never got full it had to be the worst place I ever stayed in my entire life I will let everybody I know not to stay at that Motel it was ridiculous the pictures on website 5 years old

The young man who facilitated my reservation was astute, and friendly. The building is in poor repair and the room was only very damaged walls, doors and floors. There was not 1 trash can, the restroom was so strange what with the beautiful sink yet designated severely damaged counter. Panhandlers on site were coming at me to sell goods. The fence was cut, inviting trespassers, no grass but the entire area had dog manure all around the perimeters.

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The new management is making nice changes

Ceiling was collapsing in near the bathroom and there appeared to be mold forming where it was collapsing. There was a large dead fly right in the middle of the bed underneath the blankets of one of the beds and the same blankets had large stains and had not appeared to be washed.

Our room was not ready, and we waited more than an hour with others. Staff could not tell which rooms were cleaned which created some uncomfortable tiffs behind the counter in front of everyone. When we got our room the aid conditioner was not working. The room in general was in some dis-repair. Floors were not clean. They did find a different room which was better. The lack of proper management was evident. The new guy at the counter was doing his best. The gal next morning at the counter was pleasant. The pool looked nice but was chained shut. Things were a bit spooky. I'm not sure this should be listed as a family healthy motel.

We tried to stay here with friends and half the rooms had bed bugs, one room had blood stains on the bedding- our rooms ac didn’t work, it was 95 degrees in the room, lock on on door was broken off and there were stains on the walls- homeless and people doing drugs everywhere- definitely not a place to stay for one night if you need to, we ending up just sleeping in our car at a rest stop- this place is literally despicable and a poor excuse for a decent place to stay

The room was in very bad condition, busted floor and ceiling, waterspots on ceiling, dirty sheets, no airco.

Some guy knocked at 3:30am and wanted a key. I told him he had the wrong room. He asked if I was Doug. I told him no. He went away.

The young man that checked us in was very nice. He could have tried to dress more professionally but after spending the night I can see why he was not. The area was very disruptive at night with a lot of what seemed sketchy happenings. We got there later at night so did not see all the homeless around until the morning. The room looked to be cleaned hurriedly. The bedding was clean and fresh so that was a plus. We will not be staying at this facility again.

When we arrived the front desk man was wonderful. Easy check in. We had truck and trailer so had to park in the back, on the way there were a group of what appeared like gang members outside our door. When we parked in the back, there were drug deals and homeless people all over the parking lot! No way we’re we staying there and leaving our vehicles in the back!

Loved how quiet it was; however, there were several homeless people that were obviously doing drugs (woman on the sidewalk to stairs at 8 in the morning on Saturday, had tinfoil, lighter and was obviously off and the next morning at 8 there was a man sleeping on the stairs that had a blackish tinted pipe and lighter next to him and after three times of trying to wake him up [the second time he woke up but was sluggish and non-communicative]). I loved the inside of the room (although a bit on the smaller side) I wouldn’t trust my kids to go out of the room by themselves.

The shower head in the room leaked bad. The motel itself is residence to quite a few people who were fine as is but def gives it a homeless halfway house vibe. There was a man with a baseball bat walking around briefly. It was unknown if he was menacing or going to play baseball. The property behind the motel, where the arroyo had homeless people hanging which leads someone to believe not to park back there as any vehicle would be a target for break-in and theft. In the morning after our night stay, at around 6 am there was a guy looking for diamond and Bethany. Not sure if he's a pimp looking for his ho's or what. the residents there came out and confronted him about being loud so early on a Thursday. Pueblo co is economically depressed and I"m sure y'all do your best with what you got there. We managed and we just needed a place to sleep which sleep we got.
