The staff were always attendant and friendly and always ready to please. The rooms were cleaned every day and nothing was too much for the room service to do.
The rooms are due for a refurbishment and the shower ran hot and cold but overall I'd stay there again.

The staff were so accomodating. The day we arrived was my birthday ans although i never told them they mustve noted it from my passport and when we got to our room they had decorated my bed with happy birthday and flowers and made a cake out of towels then later that night arrived at my door with birthday cake and sung me happy birthday. I felt so special and thought it lovely of them to go to this extra effort. Absolutely made my day. Thank you so much

Our family room was huge. The beds were so comfy. Breakfast had so much food. Everyone was very friendly. The pool & garden area was great. We went to the Balinese dinner & show & that fantastic. This is the place to stay.
