Two friendly and knowledgeable women assisted me in my check in. I was appreciative of their efficient and friendly approach. Great interaction. The customer service felt genuine and that is always the best!

Room had strong musty smell. There was mold on side of toilet and on window trim.

Hotel was okay. Very noisy neighbors and hall way. Inside room needed a few updates. Bathroom was spacious but bath towel was dirty.

Comfortable beds, clean room, great breakfast, and helpful, friendly staff. My only complaint is that the pull out couch bed was not too comfortable. It is rare to find one that has a thick enough mattress so it wasn’t a surprise. We came with extra padding for our daughters who were using the couch bed so it was fine. Everything was great though and I would totally recommend this hotel.

Hotel is fine but had dogs barking all night and morning. Maybe people should leave dogs at home. It’s a hotel not a kennel wouldn’t stay again because of this

Hotel was decent, nice employees and warm pool. However, the noise was insane. You can hear everything on every floor. The front doors opening and closing made it miserable.

A nice hotel in a great town

This is probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Cedar City. The rooms had plenty of storage space and a very nice, contemporary layout. The front office staff was welcoming and helpful.

All good except there was an issue at check in with Expedia booking communicating with Holiday Inn system. Staff were great but I had to wait while they figured things out

One thing that could be improved is the entrance with a cart is off-camber and coming in and out it tipped the cart 😩

We found the flooring very dirty. In fact, we discovered a wet area on carpeting. Think it might have been a previous doggie accident!

Nice property and great staff. The problem is that we paid for the room with the Jacuzzi and it was broken so we got downgraded to a regular room and didn't get refunded for the difference. They gave us some rewards points but not enough to do anything with. Ended up being about $100 difference we had to deal with.

The door was a little difficult to close, and due to no doors on the stairs, breakfast smells permeated up to the third floor.

I come to Cedar once year this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I really liked they rooms. Everything was clean free breakfast was good. Was happy with my stay
