BASLERTOR Summer Pool Hotel

Hotel is clean with an a/c to be proud of..it cools unlike other hotels' a/c we've been to in Switzerland (we were there in July '26 during a heat wave)! Great location; close to the train station and many attractions that is Lucerne! The staff are so helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. We will be back not just for the above plusses but also because the staff really made a great impression on us. Thank you, ladies, (stayed July1) for your hospitality! God bless you!!

Great location. Good coffee.

This was a great hotel! Perfect location and AC worked great, staff was very helpful! Only cons were they never came to clean room and bring towels/toilet paper during two night stay.

A charming boutique hotel that was a perfect fit for our group of six. The room was spacious enough to keep things fun without feeling cramped, the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and the pool was a lifesaver on the warmer days. Rooms were clean and well-appointed — nothing to complain about there. One thing worth knowing before you go: Lucerne moves at its own pace. Unlike Italy, this city winds down early, and most restaurants stop serving dinner by 8pm. Plan accordingly and you'll be fine, but it caught us off guard the first night. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful city. Would recommend for groups looking for something with character over a cookie-cutter chain.
