Hotel needs renovation. Would have been nice to know the pool wouldn’t be available. Beds and bedding were not comfortable, air conditioner didn’t work well and it smelled musty

Very friendly people. Spacious room. Great water pressure.

We always enjoy staying here when visiting family in the area. The only down side this visit is the pool/hot tub are closed. It would have been nice to know before we booked our trip.

Good price and good buffet breakfast

It was nice to be located so convenient to local attractions. It was easy to get to the Aztec Ruins as well as Chaco Canyon Cultural Center.

Best Western had the usual good standard. We liked the warm reception we received, the clean rooms and the comfortable beds. We liked the breakfast. We were disappointed that the pool was closed which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. My feeling is if it is advertised then they should provide the service or reduce the price. My daughter also reported some the gym equipment was not working.

Great place to stay, clean and a good breakfast. The only negative the breakfast coffee leg a lot to be desired.

When I checked in, the desk person said they would not rent me a room because my driver listened had a local address. I said it’s too late for me to find another place. She said she was sorry. Too bad for me. She also said I wouldn’t get my money refunded. I’m very upset and dissatisfied. Please help

It's a decent place (definitely the best option in Bloomfield), but don't let them give you a room by the elevator (114, 214, 314) or you'll hear it non-stop. You can also hear a lot of noise from the breakfast room as there are small gaps under all the doors.

On a busy street, two gas stations nearby.

This was the perfect location and hotel for me. They had a good healthy breakfast and good coffee available. I was able to wash clothes. The room configuration enabled me to keep things clean while exploring the wilderness. Good cafe restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store just up the street. I'll return. Thanks so much!

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Convenient location to go see Chaco Canyon the next day. The only issue we had was that Direct TV was not working in our room and we had to reboot it many times before we got it to work. Not too many good restaurants in the area.

Breakfast was an issue. I advise to consider other plans. An ok stop in middle of long trip for special tour of Chaco Cultural NP.

Breakfast is the worst I’ve seen. They also say they don’t have smoking rooms. Ours was definitely a smoking room. Took hours to feel ok in that room. They said they had no other room available. We had to spend the night in that smell

Arrive with family and 9 year old is excited for the pool! Nope, out of order (no notice on website or anywhere else) he's very upset! Decide to head back to room to have a soda and watch movie. Every single vending machine in hotel is empty, no refreshments on the premises. Are you kidding? Had to leave hotel to get one. So we do! Finally sit down to watch movie and, I kid you not, a bagpipe band starts wailing away just outside my window and continues for an hour with no interference. Wake up next morning and breakfast is a joke. Waffle maker? You guessed it, out of order! Go to leave and $500 of stuff was ganked from my truck. Just my experience! I will not go back to this hotel or town again. Not sure how they got good ratings!
