Great place for a quick overnight stopover in Castlegar. Convenient location from highway and near restaurants. Late night checking was seamless and easy.

We planned our booking with the proximity of services in mind. Shoppers Drug Mart was only 5 minutes away as is: McDonald’s for coffee, The Bombi Restaurant for Breakfast and Lunch, a liquor store for any last minute wine purchases. We were pleased with the dated rooms. The Mattress was firm and the pillows were squeezed to get their desired tension (LOL).

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THE PRICE POINT. RECEPTION WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND RECCOMEND.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. We we touring the Kootneys and used the hotel as our hub. Room was low price and allowed us to spend more eating out. We did have pizza from the hotel one night and you are walking distance to other restaurants or fast food joints.

It was good for the price and the room was a decent size. I expected more cleanliness as the bathroom walls were pretty dirty, shower curtain was so old it was ripping and falling apart, etc.

The rooms have some issues with the doors not closing properly and needs to be slammed. Breakfast not included for this high price.

Comfortable room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and good size TV. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was really appreciated given 35 C weather. We ate in the restaurant and were surprised that it wasn’t packed because the food and service were great. Very clean also. Would definitely stay there again.
Only draw back was there was no elevator and the stairs were difficult for one with sore knees. I did not know about the “no elevator” at check in or would have asked for ground flour room.

Maybe quieter ones as a future purchase!! Was only being respectful of the people next door as like watching in middle Of some peoples nite.

A great halfway home oasis at an affordable price. Easy to find and very comfortable. With an attached restaurant, you can slip out of your room and into a nice meal in minutes.
