First and foremost, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I've slept on much worse. Location was convenient to every place we wanted to go to. The area was surprisingly quiet. It would probably be a little noisier during the summer season. We had the normal problem of the jey cards working. Not a big deal.

We got to pre-check in at noon so the kiddos could use the pool. Our room wasn’t ready till about 330. They did upgrade us for free since the other room did have an issue so that was really nice. Definitely will be staying again!

Great location close to everything in the Dells. Can walk to fun arcade for kids. Pool was great for our three and five year old. Our first night (Thursday) was nice and quiet. The second night (Friday) the hotel filled up. Decided to drive home late Friday night because the walls are very thin and could hear people running and talking in neighboring rooms, hallway, and above our room. If you had noise cancelling headphones it would be fine. If you didn’t have to get young kids to bed and were planning on staying up late, it would be fine as well. This was a good place to stay, but it was too loud for our kids to fall asleep even with a sound machine. Might help to get a room on the second floor or to come during the week when it is less crowded. Staff was very friendly.

However, the hot tub had a very weird/horrible smell to it.
The kiddie pool and bigger pool seemed to be just fine. Both of our kids loved playing on the slides.
There were some hole in our walls in our room, couple of the lights didn't work.

Disappointed the breakfast area or bar were not opened as seniors we prefer to travel during the week and not on the weekend.

Worth paying a few extra dollars for taking away any anxiety about your stay. This is what a hotel should be!

Overall it was a very nice stay. The rooms were very clean and the room was very spacious. Only down fall is the water areas could be fixed up a little. New paint would make a world of difference!

Very walkable to the outlet mall and attractions. The hotel had limited cleaning staff and our room wasn’t cleaned for two days and we had to ask for extra towels.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved the location. We only had to drive to the water parks, but otherwise there was plenty of restaurants in the area as well as the outlet mall. The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and well maintained. Staff were all great!

It's was nice and clean. I liked the different pool areas. Unfortunately hot tub wasn't working (no bubbles) but it was still warm and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great. Room was clean and I loved having a patio! Great price for a nice hotel! It was quiet too! Thick walls!

We stayed 1 night with our 7 & 4 year old granddaughters and had a great time. From the friendly staff, the pools (excellent for their ages), the phenomenal price and excellent location this os a gem I can highly recommend!

It was a good hotel and the staff was excellent Great service. Close proximity to everything you need when you travel with your family. One thing I wished better was the size of the bathroom.

Needed a place just to lay our heads on our short girls weekend and the hotel was perfect. For the most part very quiet. Also very clean. Would definitely book there again if we are up in the Dells area

Staff went out of their way to help me get a room I could park in front of, I’m traveling by motorcycle and it’s very important to me that I can see it from my room.

Nice hotel. Rooms were ckean. Staff was not friendly. I asked for towels, it took a couple of hours to get them.

Clean and quiet older property. Nice outdoor pool area with a large hot tub (limit 12 people). Walls are well-,insulated. We did not hear a lot of noise in the hallway even though we were next to an entrance hallway. Very nice shower heads in the bathroom. Nice lighting over the vanity mirror. Beds are on the hard side.

The location of this hotel was very nice. We did not plan to go shopping at the outlet mall, but it was just so close that we decided to shop. The indoor pool and hot tub were very comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The only drawback was the room was a bit musty. Not a big problem because the a/c worked perfectly. I wis we would have tried this place a few years earlier when our kids were younger and would have loved the indoor water park!

This is a very nice place to stay. We had no issues with check-in or the room. The only issue we had was that the A/C was set to 66 degrees and could not be lowered for a cooler sleep. The grandkids loved the pool.

After getting scammed at another resort in the area, we ended up staying here and it was a great stay at a great price. If youre looking for a clean room at a place with nice indoor and outdoor pools that's located within 10 minutes of every cool Dells attraction, this is it!

Our room was huge! Actually everything was pretty good until the bathroom. Door handle was ancient and falling off. Floor was not clean, and then....the wallpaper was pealing off and Black Mold!!

I liked the comfort and cleanliness. I didn't like the fact that I could not get internet service in my room. The staff were very nice.

The bed is like sleeping on a board. Shower has no non slip on the surface which makes it dangerous as you can slip.
