Stayed with 6-8 friends in a 3 BR villa. Bathrooms were bigger than expected. The market downstairs was convenient. Valet was free. Responsive when we needed more supplies quickly. Really great experience

Enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. The roof top pool and bar were very relaxing. The staff was very nice and accommodating with any questions or concerns!

Overall good stay. Clean property. Within 15 minutes walking distance to the strip. We had the 2 bedroom villa which had kitchen facilities for quick morning breakfast, washing machine and dryer for laundry needs. Only issue was the shower didn’t had enough water power for my long hair washing…and there was an issue with toilet not flushing properly so we had to call them twice and yet it didn’t resolve the problem.

This was an incredible stay in Vegas! Gwendolyn at the check-in desk got us checked in quickly after a very early flight into Vegas. She was kind and informative. The hotel location is great and the pool areas are perfect. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. Thank you to the Marriott Grand Chateau for being a part of such a special memory!

I have stayed at allot of Marriott properties for business. I was a bit surprised about a few things about the property.
Firstly we were give a coupon that we could redeem at the concierge for extras. What we found out is it was a come on to join a vacation club. The representative grilled up about out plans while in town and our room number. We were very uncomfortable with this. The morning of out check out we asked for a late check out as there checkout time was 10am. Which is very unusual for hotels. We got an extra hour to check out at 11am. Two weeks ago I stayed at JW Marriott at LA live and got a 2pm late check with my gold status. Thought the hotel was very comfortable I would not stay at the property again due to there policies.

Outstanding facility and friendly, professional staff. Any issues were handled immediately. Located a block off the strip turned out to be perfect. Quiet and less traffic, yet close enough to everything. Free valet parking.

Overall, this was a great place for a family stay. Although off-strip, it is relatively easy to access and the valet system worked well except for -- as you might expect -- at heavy check-out/in times.
My go-to in Vegas is the Hilton Grand properties. Overall, I'd say the service here is better but amenities better at Hiltons. However, this Hilton Diamond would choose this Marriott property again.

Property does not sit on the Strip, is out of the way, is difficult to access theStrip and does not have many of the amenities of the large strip hotels such as fine dining, entertainment, gambling (your in vegas for gosh sake, offer something other than a bed and poor food) etc.

Overall the hotel was fine, however, there were a few things that could’ve been easily addressed for improvement. The bar in the lobby closed at 11, it’s a Las Vegas, the bar should’ve been open later, so when you get back from a show or dinner you can have night cap. The pool bar should have been opened, it was in the 70s and 80s. The pool was crowded and the bar was not open. The elevators were filthy and need to be cleaned. The beds were a little soft and mushy.
The gym facility was outstanding and very clean. Waters offered in the lobby was a nice touch, maybe think about putting in a filter water station and getting rid of the plastic bottles

Wanted to stay in a place that would give me the amenities of home. The hotel was very accommodating and I stayed Monday through Thursday.

Expedia had check in time wrong. Got there to having to wait re-pack my car and call a manager to get into a room. Expedia error and the hotel could care less. TV in room was a piece of junk worked horribly with the budget cable package offered.
